    (I case you ask yourself "why is she here if she does so great". Here's what it is: if it weren't here, I'd put the children to bed and then go straight to the cupboard, load myself with munchies, then go start my computer. With the LNS I skip the cupboard thing. If I'm hungry, I drink some water first. Healthy mini-snacks before 9 are okay, although I would ideally not eat anything past 8.)

    @dewit you have a point but when I ate that I wasn't hungry, I was craving badly and it was either that or cream filled cookies! but thanks for making me feel better about it :)

    I eat sooo good all day and then night time comes and I’m not even hungry but it’s just a habit and I feel like I need to eat something to go to bed ... I need to break this habit or I won’t see any more changes...
