(I case you ask yourself "why is she here if she does so great". Here's what it is: if it weren't here, I'd put the children to bed and then go straight to the cupboard, load myself with munchies, then go start my computer. With the LNS I skip the cupboard thing. If I'm hungry, I drink some water first. Healthy mini-snacks before 9 are okay, although I would ideally not eat anything past 8.)3 -

@dewit you have a point but when I ate that I wasn't hungry, I was craving badly and it was either that or cream filled cookies! but thanks for making me feel better about it2 -

I had a step back last night, but I made a much better choice of an avocado vs the Ruffles I really wanted. So a loss on one front, a small victory on the other!6 -

I eat sooo good all day and then night time comes and I’m not even hungry but it’s just a habit and I feel like I need to eat something to go to bed ... I need to break this habit or I won’t see any more changes...4

That bathroom remodel is really doing the trick - my husband called me at 10pm to say goodnight (traveling for work), and I was shocked at what time it was! Wrapped up for the night, walked the dogs, then off to bed I go!6 -
