Day/Weight/Comment
01/02 - 192 - I know this is a day early, but I needed to start ASAP. Yikes! Those holidays really added up.
01/03 - 190.4 - I know these first pounds are water, but it’s nice to see the scale move.
01/04 - 189.7 - I stayed low carb all day yesterday even through the cravings.
01/05 - 190.6 - I knew my weight was up when I woke up this morning and couldn’t get me rings off. I was too high on carbs yesterday, but it’s ok. I’ll clean it up today and drink a lot of water.
01/06 - 189.7 - Did pretty well with food and water yesterday but still woke up feeling dehydrated. I have been trying to make sure I get lots of water today and stay low on the carbs.
01/07 - 189.2 - Made it through the weekend without giving into carb cravings. That’s an achievement for me!
01/08 -188.8 - While the number is good, I gave into my carb cravings yesterday. The weight will probably bounce back up tomorrow. I’ve eaten low carb today and packed a nice low carb lunch. Hopefully, I can keep working on breaking that carb addiction!
01/09 - 188.5 - Well, that’s surprising but I’m happy with it! I ate super low carb yesterday so that probably helped. I need work on drinking more water, so that’ll be my goal for today.

@FarmerCarla LOL I’ve always been a slow reader and thought it was just me. I love reading everyone’s posts and adding my 2 cents worth. Post on 10 day-ers!!
@eminater Good job sticking to it! You’ve got this!
@mamarh Welcome! Just a heads up, the last day of this round is the 12th. Prior to that date, the next round will be posted to start on the 13th. Each new round gets a new thread.
@amfmmama I would guess that this is water retention for muscle repair. I’ve never kick boxed but it can be brutal, can’t it?
@StefanieBerger88 Congratulations! I watched my first ever episode of 600# Life the other day. The BF, caregiver, enabler had such an attitude! And she had obviously been gaining the whole time they were supposed to be eating less. As my dad would have said, “With friends like that, who needs enemies?” I felt like jumping through the TV and whacking her with a 2x4! I pray the lady dumps the friend and gets the help she needs. Do they do follow ups?4 -
am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40, thanks @GrandmaJackie. My average loss/gain since Round 40 to 63 is a 0.5lb loss each round. This was better than I expected!

Day/Weight/Comment
01/03 - 181.2 - I don’t know why it’s up today. Yesterday was a pretty healthy eating day really and I exercised.
01/04 182.0 - has another good day yesterday except for sodium. I know a lot of this is water weight as my fingers are swollen. I’ll drink more water today.
01/05 - 182.2 ugh
01/06 - 181
01/07 - 182.4
01/08 - 181.2
01/09 - 181.4 - I am so disappointed with myself for this round. I am finding it hard not grazing since I am home and not working. I was going out daily, but yesterday our car died on me while I was out and that’s not helping financially at all.

@BethE238 I had to grin at your “hind”sight! I couldn’t figure out what bathing suits were so baggy in the butt until I took a selfie of my rear! I ended up sewing 2 big darts in each side of my suit!

What we need to succeed is a sustainable way of eating, not a DIET we go on and off.
This is NOT A DIET. It’s a LIFESTYLE.
1/2 131.5
:::::::::::::::::
1/3 131.0 I have been having some intestinal distress for several days which may finally be passing although it sounds as if a battle rages!
1/4 131.0 Today is the 48th birthday of our first born. I remember the icy roads and the 8 mile, 45 minute drive to the base at 2AM, and the poor fellow at the gate trying to chip the ice off the sticker which gave us access to the base, his panic when Carl said I was in labor. AT 5:08AM, a beautiful 8# 1 oz, healthy baby girl appeared. She has become a beautiful woman, a wonderful mom, and a caring nurse.
1/5 130.5 Our new mattress was delivered yesterday. I wish I could say I felt I slept great on it but I think there will be an adjustment period. I hope.
1/6 131.5 I’m so tired! Awake before 5AM again with the start of a headache which has now gone. Used sucralose sweetener yesterday and today in my coffee instead of stevia. I think that may be the cause of the gain as I only ate 1/2 of my Greek salad yesterday and one egg. Dozed off tubing and accidentally deleted my whole post. I need a nap!
1/7 132.0 Did not drink close to enough water yesterday. I was so sleepy all day that I fell asleep in my recliner at 7:30 last night. Carl woke me at 10:30 to go to bed. I showered and was in bed by 11 and slept until 4:38 this morning. Something wakes me every morning at that time! Since I didn’t drink water before bed, it wasn’t the call of nature. It’s irritating.
1/8 131.5
1/9 131.0 We meet our new doctor today. New insurance, same medical group, different location - about 5 miles closer to home. Hope this is as painless as it should be!11 -
SW 373.4 – Round 64 (1/3/19)
GW 362 – Jan 31st
GW 299 – End of 2019 (6.2)
Day/Weight/Comment
01/03 373.4 - on WW a healthy day is a blue dot day. So far I am having a blue dot day And it is looking like I will get to my 7000 step goal today also.
01/04 371 – yesterday was not a blue dot day but I made some good choices -- not a lot of processed foods, and I made my 7000 step goal. I was up yesterday because of salt eaten the previous day, so I attribute the 2 pound loss to water I drank to rid my body of the salt. Either way I will take it Since I always seeing the scale going in the right direction!
01/05 372.6 – yesterday not good. Got in a small 15 min walk but only 6000 steps and overate. Today is another day. Weekends not good for me. Today I have a funeral, eating out with a cousin from FL. But I have a plan. I weigh in at WW Monday so I need to lose at least a pound by Monday
01/06 no weigh in – 7000 steps & 20 min Leslie Sansone DVD
01/07 373.6
01/08 372.6
01/09 370.2 – finally got back on track. Got in my 7000 steps yesterday, no workout, and a blue dot day.

Day/Weight/Comment
01/03 = 160 So far so good with my eating. I kind of hate being back on the wagon, but the day is almost over, so very little opportunity left to fall off.
01/04 = 158.5 very happy to see the scale move in the right direct for the first day, even if I know, intellectually, one day's change is pretty meaningless. Today was a good day for moving and good for eating. I found my lost fitbit and stuck it on the charger so I can be more accurate with sleep and step tracking.
01/05 = 158.1 Yesterday was a good day. Hit all my water in and didn't snack late night, even though I really wanted to. Today will be tougher because we are going to a brewery for lunch with friends and they don't have nutritional information available. I have to guess.
01/06 = 157.1 restuarant visit yesterday went well. I'm doing a dry January, so even though we ate at a brewery, I avoided the most dangerous part of eating out. Also, the food was mediocre, so didn't kill me to eat less that usual. I worked out and did yoga. Drank ridiculous amounts of water. I also took a look at my macro nutrient ratios in the app and adjusted them. Yesterday was my first day of being mindful of my ratios (especially eating enough complex carbs... I had to go searching for them)
01/07 = 155.4 The good: I worked out. I did yoga. I met my water goal. I logged my meals and was mindful of my macros. The not so good: I could have eaten more. I am suspicious of the exercise calorie counter and I didn't eat back most of my exercise calories. This was mistake in hindsight. Today will be the real test. Winter break is over. The kids go back to school and I have to find a new routine that works with real life.
01/08 156.1 I'm pretty sure yesterday's weight was a scale fluke and I probably should have stepped on more than once when I saw it drop so much. More than happy to still be on track. I under ate yesterday, which was what I was afraid of. Now that the kids are back in school, I'm out of the house until late, and it makes it hard to eat if eating out is off the table. I did well on water, and ate quality, though. I could have walked more. I need to meal prep today, and that is my major goal for the day. I have been off added sugar and alcohol since the start of the year. Both things that interfere with my sleep and my moods. Both things I love dearly. But, it's been okay so far. I haven't had a time where I've been fighting a craving.
01/09 = 155.6 My challenge goal weight is within reach for sure! Yesterday was a great day. I ate healthy and was very mindful of the food choices I made. I was active all day. More importantly, I felt great. Realizing I'm only six days in to food tracking and only 2 1/2 weeks of being back on the strength training bandwagon, I don't look different from when I began. My clothes fit the same. But I feel different. I feel stronger. I'm carrying myself more confidently. And just happier. All this to say that it isn't the goal weight I'm looking for. Or a size. It is this feeling. This feeling of not being tired from a diet too high in sugar and simple carbs and wine and not exercising. Of being happy with my body and myself as-is.

01/08 145 Sorry everyone, I havent posted here since a little after Christmas I think. I was having a tough time getting myself motivated, and I gained 4 pounds over Christmas and New Years. Finally feeling better about things. Lost the 4 pounds I gained, thank goodness. Also decided to give intermittent fasting a try, today is day 2. I think it'll really help me because it'll cut out late night snacking. Going to try and catch up on everyone's progress today and tomorrow 😊.
01/09 145 Happy with myself for not giving in to LNS! Coffee has really helped though. Fortunately coffee doesn't keep me up, so I can drink it any time of the day.

25th Round for me: Female 65, height 5’
This round is turning out to be a real struggle but feel like I’m doing some good work getting started on things I should have done a long time ago. That means working through things, which in the short term is stressful (more likely to overeat) but in the long term will be beneficial – therefore help my weight loss. So right now am “walking through the swamp.” Thanks to FarmerCarla for link: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/The_Movie_Chair/view/walk-through-the-swamp-959755Round 39 (1st for me) – SW 163, -.2Round 64 – 161.6

Goal this round: to at least see some 159s. I was down here in Oct. and having so much trouble getting back there. Right now even ½ lb. per round would seem great. My short term goal is to be down at least 6 lb. by the end of March. That is just .7/Round but for me would be great progress.
Ultimate Goal Weight – 128; Hoping to be under 140 by end of June.
Day/Weight/Comment
01/03 – 162.2 - Did not post as I had not got around to setting up this Round. I did weigh though.
01/04 – 163.6 – Yesterday started out great but ended in disaster with RJ’s chocolate licorice twists. Thurs. I have knitting group in the morning which is always fun but get groceries in the afternoon which I never feel like doing … and then I buy something for a treat “now & then” only it often ends up being now. The other part of the disaster was that I had determined to do some planning, but I don’t feel like doing it. Well, I’m going to start on it today anyhow, whether my childish self feels like it or not.
01/05 – 164.4 – Scale was determined to say this although it seems odd. Thursday I was probably 450 calories over but the rest of the week has been good. No gym yesterday but calories were good. Today I have no car but doing exercises at home and also have to clean house so a more active day.
01/06 – 164.4 – Not so great yesterday but did log all. Determined to log all for the next 3 months. I tend to get slack with the evening meal and just make a rough guess – usually too kind to myself but sometimes I think I’m way over and actually I’m not.
01/07 – 163.6 – Much better! This round has been a scary blip back to what life used to always be – emotional eating in the evening and feeling draggy and bloated in the morning. I don’t ever, ever want that life again. Was listening to something by Jordan Peterson (clinical psychologist) and he said that in tests they’ve found that fear is a greater motivator than reward. If you think about it, it’s true – how many of us are here because we got a “good scare”? Sometimes it’s good to take a hard look at where you are going if you don’t change.
01/08 – 162.4 – Good day at the gym yesterday and logged all. Ate back only 50 cals. of exercise. My daily limit is 1200 which is enough for me to feel satisfied IF I get enough protein and a reasonable amount of fat. Because I’m so short, fine boned and sedentary plus being older I just don’t burn very many cals. Working to up the exercise on non-gym days.
01/09 – 162.4 – Gym today, thought I had no car but hubby took the bus so now have no excuse! Also got up ½ hr earlier. Somehow that extra time in the morning is often what makes or breaks the day. Yesterday got up a bit later (8:00) and then got a loooong phone call from daughter that I hadn’t heard from since before Christmas … all great but with the late start, exercising went out the window.

I don't know for everyone else but for me - I mostly read posts, except for busy days, and they definitely get me motivated right off in the morning to stick with it for the day. I am NOT a morning person so that really helps. Even when I don't have time to read though, just reflecting a minute about my last 24 hrs. and writing about it, is so helpful too. I realize things about my weight loss journey that I've never thought about before - and I sure have thought about losing weight, lol! Really appreciate this group.16

@Winner_in_Life OMGosh I Just read the blog and am literally in tears. As a person in remission with cancer, I ask myself these same things all the time. This is my story. I could have written this blog post! Often I feel stuck in a rut. With my weight, with my profession, with my whole life situation since my husband passed. How much time do I really have to change anything, including my own weight and health? I need to stop putting off those things that would please me most, like swimming or writing poetry, or reading more. I need to stop dying and start living while life has been gifted to me! Wow. I'll post later. Gotta seriously sit in this for a little while and let it bring me the strength I need to continue forward in an enlightened and more self-loving way.
Leaving for a short trip in a little while. I will post later this afternoon. Thanks so much for sharing. I am not alone. This is my greatest tool and blessing of all. I hope everyone will read the blog post too. Today is the day I am changed.7 -

I am back! I have no idea how many rounds I have done, but I need to get back on track. The last couple of weeks have been a little weird for me and I have not been great. I was hitting low days of 150/151 and high days of 155/156. So I have been all over the place. I will hit 149 this round without fail!
Day/Weight/Comment
01/03 - 156.3 uuuggghhh, almost just skipped today, but decided to log it, own it, accept it, and be accountable. I ate 2 pancakes yesterday and the carbs and sugar destroyed me. I am sure this is also the rest of my New Years day celebration repercussions to. 2 days ago (Tuesday) I was at 151. Carbs, sodium, and not enough water kill me for some reason. Oh well, back at work today for the first time in a week and going to get back on track. I am sure I will be back down tomorrow to something at least manageable. Weighing and logging daily has at least taught me not to freak out about these things. I know I could not have gained 5 pounds in 2 days, but it is still frustrating to see that number. Next week I will be back at work all week and can get back on schedule.
01/04 - 153.3 I was expecting a pretty good drop. Stayed on track calorie wise yesterday and drank a ton of water. I'm hoping to be back down to 151 tomorrow and be good through the weekend. If I can start Monday on a half way decent start I will be happy.
01/05 - 151.7 and I’m back down. I have grocery shopping and house cleaning to do today. I also need to get all my Christmas stuff put back into the shed. DH has to work today so it should be a pretty low calorie day. Yesterday was a good day. It’s so easy to stay on track when I work and have a routine. I’m trying hard to stay the course and shed these last 15 pounds this year. I’m hoping to get back to losing my 4 pounds a month like I was before all the holidays started.
01/06 - 151.7 same today. Did well yesterday. Didn’t make the best food choices, but stayed at calories. Got all my Christmas stuff finally put away and my house is back to normal. It’s such a nice feeling waking up and not having all the clutter. Lol. DH and all the kids will be home today, so that will be nice. Kids finally go back to school tomorrow, thank goodness! So relaxing and getting stuff ready for them tomorrow is what is on the agenda today. It will be nice to get back on routine again.
01/07 - 153.2 up a bit, but very expected. DH decided to order Italian take-out for lunch yesterday. I did eat a salad first, but still ended up having 2 pieces of garlic cheese bread (so amazing) and Alfredo. Then decided we were going to make cinnamon rolls. So of course I had one of those with a beer. Yeah, my DH and kids do not help me at all on the weekends, lol. Did get all the kids off to school today and I am back at work! I haven't worked 5 days in a row in what seems like forever, but it has actually only been a month. Looking forward to seeing what happens at the end of this round now that I am back on track.
01/08 - 152.4 good day food wise yesterday, not so much on my water though. After a day of not so great eating, it always takes me 2 days to get back down. So tomorrow I should hit 151.xxx and then I am planning on finishing this round at 150.xxx. I have been in the 150 decade for 11 weeks now. I'm ready to move on! 4 days left of this one and so far going strong. I have not had any LNS and only had 1 day that I had a couple of bad food choices, which is way better than the last couple of weeks.
01/09 - 150.9 super stoked to see this number. I am 1/2 a pound away from where I was at the end of round 61, lol. I ended that round at 150.4 and then went off the deep end with all my holiday activities. May go up just a bit tomorrow. I was really low on calories by the end of my eating time and didn't want to break my IF. I don't know if I will be able to continue doing IF after this week. It really just doesn't work with my life. I think you have to be more disciplined or maybe organized than I am. I am trying very hard to have dinner on the table by 6 and have everything put away and cleaned by 7-7:30 (which is my cutoff), but by the time I pick kids up and do homework and deal with what ever crisis of the night there is or decide what we are going to eat it's later than that. I didn't even have dinner cooked until almost 7 last night. So I ate a couple of bites while cooking and then really didn't eat dinner. I am going to continue the rest of this week and see if I can get it together.

Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Day/Weight/Comment
01/01 - 145.1 ~ (Steps 19,253) ~ I decided to reset my ticker, I’m 3.3 pounds heavier the last New Years but I call that a win. Plus I realize that Round 63 is still going but I need to start focusing on the New Year now. Today I went to a Boot Camp class at the gym, love it....
01/02 143.5 ~ (Steps 12,635) ~ We do anything special yesterday, my husband watched football so I got a couple sessions at the gym. My son was supposed to stop but didn’t, on the bright side on News Years Eve he announced his engagement. My baby is getting married, okay he’ll turn 31 but he’ll always be my baby, My future DIL is adorable such an adorable couple.
01/03 144.4 ~ (Steps 22,887) ~ Another successful day even though the scale is up. I was able to not have a snack last night, which is a win,
01/04 - 145.2~ (Steps 10,196) ~ Unexpected weight gain, lol
01/05 - 145.6 ~ (Steps 19,510) ~ I did sync my new scale so I’m okay with this!
01/06 144.8 ~ (Steps 9,510) ~ I took my grandkids to the Hands On Kids Museum since my daughter had to work, we had a blast. Plus I slept like a baby hanging out with 8 and 4 year old during the day, I’m loving the honesty my scale is having on my journey. Today my main focus is continuing on healthy food choices.....
01/07 - 144.5 ~ (Steps 17,628) ~ Yesterday was a tough day as far as emotionally eating but I didn’t give in, yay!
01/08 143.7 ~ (Steps 19,561) ~ Besides again the day didn’t go as planned I was able to stay focus. The scale is starting to corporate with me, yay!
01/09 145.2 ~ (Steps 19,470) ~ 😈😭😈.....REALLY...........I decided back in December I wanted a new scale that will sync up with MFP since I weigh in every morning. I have accepted the fact that our weight will fluctuate every day due to our sodium, DOM, underestimating our calorie intake and other factors. I’ve been on this journey for a long time so if I have a bad day....I can jump right back on the horse.....But that being said sometimes you just want to toss the scale out the bathroom window. The ONLY reason I don’t my neighbors might not like it, lol.
Even though the scale is up by 1.5 pounds at least the last week I was able to be successful in my food choices and workouts. I’m keeping lots of fruit in the house because LNS is my struggle, I can do this consistency, focus......
Okay, I think my rant is over for now, lol.
The key to weight loss in consistency...

Hi everyone! I always have success in this group but totally ruin everything once I stop 😑 so anyway, I’m back! Debating trying 16:8 fasting- is anyone doing that while still eating semi-normal without having to meal prep? Is it working for you?? Thanks!7

This is my eleventh round. Just realized that despite a gain last round, I not only made my goal of being 155 by Christmas, but that I kept that til after Christmas too! We have one more party Jan 5, which we are hosting. The good news is I've already tried all the food! I have 10 more pounds to reach a healthy/normal BMI, and I think I may go down a little from there. I'm thinking that my UGW is 135. I'm posting mini goals below.

1/03 -- 154 -- There we go. Back again to pre-Christmas AND pre-New Year's weight. Did 45 minutes of zumba followed by a 35 minute jog on the treadmill (too rainy to go outside). Was super tired at the end of the day, so went to bed early and slept 9 hours. Of course it might have just been procrastination over cleaning and prepping for the party we are having Saturday!

1/08 158 -- Just caught up on everyone's posts. My week has beena mess. We had our party Saturday 1/5, so I wasn't surprised I was up a little on 1/5 and 1/6, but the continued climb is irritating me! I worked out a ton yesterday. 1 hour fast walk, 1 hour strength class, 1 hour zumba, 31,000 steps. Could be the extra exercise that made today's weight high. TOM also decided to pay a visit. Seriously? Thought I was over TOM! It could, however, be the cause of cravings/bloat/weight gain. Trying to hold on this round and get back into the swing of things. Treats lying around the house aren't helping either!
1/09 158 -- At least it levelled off. Definitely feel and look bloated today. Blaming TOM. Frustrated....but not losing it quite so much today!

About me: 62, 5'7", hit maintenance in March 2018 and, typical yoyo, currently bouncing back up over original goal weight of 130. Want to get back to 127-128.
Crept back to JGM10D quietly and somewhat inconsistently in Round 60 but now I am back (for reals!)
1/3 - 132.8 - 8000 steps yesterday and under my calorie goal, currently set to -.5/week
1/4 - 131.8 - 7K steps, 12 minute vigorous row, and under calorie goal yesterday. Also 12 hours of work... went back late evening to after midnight, life of a sysadmin, then keyed up and couldn't sleep much. Today is a day to beware and not blow it!
1/5 - 131.0 - 8K steps and just under calorie goal yesterday. Got a great night's sleep but still feeling a little transparent. Love a rainy day. Good for taking care of myself.
1/6 - 132.6 - expected bounce and no worries! 15K steps yesterday including a huge rainy walk run with my dog, under calorie goal.
1/7 - 132.4 - yesterday 11K steps, got a little bodyweight strength work done, still raining, under calorie goal.
1/8 - 133.4 - yesterday 28 minutes on the rower, but only 5K steps and wildly over on calories, honestly just gave up behind a scattered, churning day at work. At least I am getting more workouts.
1/9 - 133.4 - yesterday 25 minutes on the rower, 8500 steps, just under maintenance calories. It was a horrible day at work, but today has been much calmer thanks only to an attitude readjustment

Day/Weight/Comment
01/03--213.4 Went to the gym to lift weights this morning and while I know a lot more people go to the gym at the start of the year I was still surprised that at 5 am there were so many more people than usual. It's rainy and windy today, so I will probably just do some work around the house as I continue to wait for the shutdown to end.
01/04--215.3 Bump in weight due to extra water retention and extra sodium from going out to eat last night, it was a last minute decision. Definitely feeling heavy this morning. Today I have to run around and do some errands and do some cleaning to get ready for tomorrow when the in-laws come by to celebrate my husbands' and my brother-in-laws' birthdays. Plan today is to make sure I get my water in.
01/05--216.2 Normal for me to have a second day bump in weight after eating out. Feeling very heavy this morning, I'm sure I ate something that I was allergic to when I went out to eat 2 days ago. Going out for a birthday lunch today, so I have to be more conscious of what I am eating today. If weather holds up I will take dog for a walk after the birthday festivities today.
01/06--216.4
01/07--216.4 Wow, 3lb bump on the scale in 5 days. It's fascinating to see what happens when I eat foods that I am sensitive/allergic to. Yesterday my power went out all day, so I couldn't go to the gym because it was closed and I ended up going out for breakfast. So, in the last 4 days, I've gone out to eat 3 times and I'm sure I ate something I am sensitive to in every meal that I ate. Adding in the sodium, that definitely accounts for the 3lb increase. Today I got back on track, but I can definitely feel that my digestion is not happy with what I have been eating, it's funny but I used to feel this way all the time before I started the elimination diet and I thought it was normal. Tomorrow my husband wants to go out to his favorite restaurant for his birthday dinner and I have already planned what I am going to eat. I went out for a 1 hour walk with the dog today.
01/08--217.4
01/09--216.4 Husband and I went out for an amazing dinner for hubby's birthday. I ate as well as a could with my elimination diet parameters, but I definitely ate a few things that weren't, but the food was so good so I will live with the consequences. The last of my eating out is done for awhile, so got back on track as of this morning. Yoga tonight.

Day/Weight/Comment:
01/03- Started the weekend walking and tripped over the water shut off valve on the sidewalk, had a hard fall. Worked on stretching today. Lots of huge bruises, cuts, and sore muscles.
01/04- Enjoyed a family day, went to the movies, a short walk in the sunshine and worked on crafts with the grand children. Continued stretching the bruising on my hand has not went down since Sunday.
01/05- working on getting my steps up, and doing lots of stretching.Planning my meals for next week.
01/06- Five years today - logging my food, on MFP.
01/07-My steps are going back up, 10,000+, healthy eating, back on track.
01/08- Hit over 10,000, planned meals.
01/09- Continued over 10,000+ steps, had my hand x-ray, it said soft tissue damage I still have bad bruising and swelling on my hand.

Thank you @kmfeig87 I agree 100% with you. It is not sustainable for that low of calories. What happens is that I will binge one day and lose all of the effort.
Thanks for the advice! I very much appreciate it.
