Alternating pull-ups and chin-ups done grease-the-groove style. Supersetted with bar dips the first 15 minutes until something didn't feel right in my triceps so I quit the bar dips but continued with the pull-ups. Total of 100 pull-ups/chin-ups completed in about 36 minutes and 35 bar dips in the first 15 minutes.

Boot camp - today makes 32 days in a row of some form of exercise (class, running, or yoga).4

Today was sprint interval day for me. 12 X 90" (seconds) w/ 60 second active recovery on the the Air Dyne Pro (Assault bike) @ around 250 Watts (at least according to the Airdyne, which I think overestimates it by at least 10%) for each sprint. 60 seconds isn't enough to bring the HR down, I'm working on building cardio too at the same time.
That was lunch. The rest of the day I'll do squats with 40 lbs, overhead presses (single arm/dumbbell) and pushups. Around 200 or so of each.0 -
15 minutes of cardio.0
-
Rowing 10 minutes, 15 minutes intervals on the elliptical, 50 BW squats and abs (knee raises, planks and rope crunches).0
-
I did not workout. Sleep was a precious commodity in my house last night.0
-
Yoga, dead hangs, handstand pushup negatives, pull-ups and handstand strength exercises...

That’s great, need flexible shoulders and being a little fearless to drop into a squat snatch. I played with Oly lifts about 8 years ago and got to a 72kg squat snatch at age 53 and have a YouTube video to view whenever I need a trip down memory lane.
Keep up the good work and enjoy your youth.

4x5:00/1:00 rest. The first interval was a warm up and I did a 5th interval to cool down
This time at the gym because I slept through my alarm (or it just didn't sound?) and didn't make it to erg'ing at the boathouse. This was my first workout after 12 days off and I was good about not pushing myself too hard. I'm at about 90% with regards to this cold of awful. I chose to cool down instead of doing another hard interval - it was clear that my brain wanted to go harder and longer, but I'd prefer to not push myself right now. My goal was 20-30 minutes of work anyways, so it's ok.
My average split over the 4 intervals was 2:08.8 with the last two intervals being 2:03.4 and 2:02.2. I briefly debated on playing the fish game but I shot that idea down quickly.1
