    1/26- 2 hrs walking, 10 mins yoga
    1/27- 2.5 hrs hiking/snowshoeing, 10 mins yoga (was supposed to be closer to a 6 or 7 hour day hiking and snowshoeing, but I realized that I was sicker than I originally thought as we started to get higher in elevation 😭)
    1/28- sick (January is officially cursed! A 2 week cold and the flu all in the same month?!?!?)

    1/29- 1 hr walking, 15 mins yoga
    1/30- 1 hr walking, 30 mins weight training, 10 mins stationary bike warm up, 30 mins yoga
