Kept almost 22mph average there. Maybe my fastest 10 mile ride? My legs and body are so hot. Physically hot. Anaerobic af that ride.

    30/50 miles done.

Single-arm kettlebell complex with 24kg KB - 4 rounds (swing, clean and overhead jerk) x 8 each arm completed in 11:05. Then, shoulder isometric and resistance bands work for another 10-15 minutes. All done at work on busy work day.

Was running short on time so instead an hour hard on the AD Pro, I did a "calorie target" workout of 800 calories. Finished in 44:36. Brutal but effective. Missed yesterday's LSD, so I needed to work hard today.

    Gorram that was miserable.

    10 miles / 28:57 / 361 calories
HR targeted ride to try and stay aerobic only and not anaerobic. No energy this ride.. riding after lunch isn’t great.

Still, goood ride. 40/50 miles done.

    Thursday

    1mile warm up run
Bench pyramid plus testing 1rpm, got up to 51kg, not much compared to some but a huge achievement for me breaking the 50kg.

30min PT cardio blast starting on the bike doing an on the minute every minute workout starting with a target of 3 Cal and working up adding 1 Cal a minute until failure (I managed to get to 11), then AMRAP, 10 ball slams, 10 pull ups, 10 sit up throws.

Accessory work for chest and back

Finished that ride at 29.2mph.. UPS was outside and I had a mile left to finish. Absolutely flattened now.

    10 miles / 29:45 / 339 calories
HR targeted ride to keep aerobic between 70/80% HR. End screed that of course, but a great ride regardless.

50/50 miles done. Back on Monday. Y’all have a good one!

A terrible 22 mile run. It was a real comedy of errors through the wind and rain today....can't be successful in them all though. Have to take the positive moments and look ahead to the next run.
