@lorrainequiche59 wow what an experience. Well you will be to getting more exercise, as you say, while being AF. I would not want to lug booze up 4 flights. If it were me, and the past drinking days, it would have been once or twice a day of that.

I gave up alcohol, best decision I ever made. Was just so tired of sitting in bars with my friends staring up at TV's, throwing my money away, degrading my health by slowly poising myself, all while a beautiful day and a world spins around you. Alcohol is the biggest time waster on this planet, and time is the most precious commodity we all have in common.

    Awesome post :)

Thank you Hon. There was so much to catch up on today, that I didn't get to it with my daughter. Hopefully next week.

Watched a good Craig Beck youtube. He drew a diagram. How when you have one problem, you just want to drink and forget about it. So you drink. The next day you still have that problem. But, you have another problem : perhaps an argument that happened while you were drunk and a hangover. Now, you have three big problems ....And so on.... Alcohol just makes you forget for a short time, but adds plenty of problems to your life including anxiety and depression.

So very true! I'll have to look that up. Thanks for sharing it.
