03/24-Did lots of walking and lots of steps. Planned meals today.
03/25-Eating healthy, made turkey chilli. Walked lots today.
03/26- Hit 15,000 steps, watching my food portions, great to be on track again.
03/27- I have been going for 3 mile walks each morning, planned meals and no snacking. Back on track
03/28- 15,000+ steps almost made it to wear I started last year.
03/29-started running, logging and walking, stay in control of what I ate had a stressful day.
03/30- stayed in control of my eating, It rained hard all day but still went for a walk.

03/24 — 193.3– I had a small sweet coffee filled with chocolate and sugar. Happy that didn’t cause weight gain. Back on plan today.
03/25 — 192.4 — Had a medium, very sweet coffee today. The rest of the day was on plan.
03/26 — 192.7 — Getting back on plan today.
03/27 — 192.1 — Husband decided to get Subway sandwiches for dinner last night. So proud of myself that I passed that up and made myself a healthy dinner (and saved money). I know they have some healthy choices, but I like knowing exactly what I am eating.
03/28 — 191.3 — Made goal for this round. Hope to lose more.
03/29 — 191.1 — I feel “lighter” all of a sudden. Clothes are looser and the jeans I just bought are 2 sizes smaller.
03/30 — 190.4 — I think this may be my “Whoosh” moment. Losing 3 lbs in 1 week isn’t normal for me. Hope it doesn’t bounce back up. I had a very sweet coffee today. Back on plan for dinner.
03/31 — 190.6 — Back on plan today. Finally had someone tell me they could tell I’ve lost weight which felt good. 23 pounds down since January
04/01 — 191.6 — Gained a pound back. But that’s okay, I’m not surprised. Eating lots of greens lately and it’s giving me lots of energy.

03/25 - 196.8 - Awesome, the drop stuck! Had a super busy day with DS yesterday. Drank a good amount of water, but my legs and back are still throbbing! Today is rainy - perfect for a couch, a book, & a cup of tea! ☕️

03/24 - 289.4 - I walked to church this morning and was glad I made it up the steep hill. I'm getting stronger. It still took my breath away, but the stairs up to the church posed no problem. I plan on walking in an hour for about an hour. Only 14 more pounds to my next milestone goal.
03/25 - NW - I plan to go walking later today. I always think I can't do it, then I prove myself wrong. I've been hitting my active hours as well on my Fitbit. I'm feeling more hungry today for some reason. I'm thinking of eating my snack earlier instead of later. Food is still on point.
03/26 - 291.6 - Not sure what happened. My period is kinda lingering so that could be the source. I didn't get any exercise in, but I did get some more cleaning done. Food is still doing good. I've added in chopped spinach to my meals.
03/27 - 288.4 - Most likely just water weight yesterday. It's gone. Food is going good today. I added in turkey sausage to my breakfast for some extra protein. I have also increased the size of my evening snack as I think my calories were dipping too low. I have been busy cleaning again today in preparation for the housekeeping inspection tomorrow. If my package arrives early enough I will go for a walk around the community the room later.
03/28 - 289.6 - Hmm. Bouncy? I don't know. I'm not really getting my exercise in this week for a variety of reasons. Monday was rest day. Tuesday and Wednesday I was waiting for packages until late. And today my walk I cut short to keep from being brained by a baseball. Two guys were throwing a ball back and forth over the walking path instead of going to a space in the big park that wasn't a walking path. I have been burning some calories by doing a lot of cleaning.
03/29 - 286.6 - Woohoo! I guess maybe this is my new pattern, up then down. Either way it's progress. Fasting today as it is a Friday during Lent still. Just a few more weeks. My inspection was moved until today. I'm going to take advantage and clean the windows. I will have to sweep the bathroom again as Alex used his litter box, of course, and wipe down the kitchen counter from a spinach accident, but the rest is all good.
03/30 - 285.2 - Looks like the fasting helped my weight as well. I did start eating at five and had extra popcorn to ensure I didn't wake up starving this morning. I plan to get some walking in and probably go to the gym. My inspection left me with plenty to do around the apartment STILL. I have to go through my baskets and keep or toss basically. I already rearranged the living room closet. I have to wash all the closet doors and bleach the part of the window sill between the window and the screen. A few other things. So, I tried hard, but just have to try harder.
03/31 - 284.6 - I did good with my food yesterday. I did an episode of Zombies, Run!; Mark, Move and Groove of Rockin' Body with Shuan T, and 30 mins of strength of training total body workout. Today I'll go to mass, and walk some more. Tomorrow I start couch to 5K training with Zombies, Run! 5K training.
04/01 - 284.8 - I slight tick up, but the soreness in my muscles tells me that it's likely just water. I started couch to 5K training, W1 D1. I also did an episode of Zombies, Run!. Food was okay, my calories were higher than usual, but still within my goal.

03/25 75.9kg💃🏽with a nice 3km run with the moonlight and the sunrise. Forced myself to go up a pushup level yesterday and managed 21.
03/26 76.7kg my usual week day blip for no reason so I really don't worry about it.
03/27 76.5kg and a nice quick run this morning.
03/28 76.5kg. Still under calories and good with macros so I'm sure it will come off soon.

03/24 208#. I need to work more on drinking enough water. Is it your weight ÷ 2= ?? Ounces/day? I'm 5.4# away from my lowest weight . Today is day 23 of logging my food. I have officially beat my hubby! I'd he doesn't watch it, I'll pass him on this weight loss stuff. LOL! I did over stuff myself at supper. Homemade pizza. It was so good! Not feeling so good now. 3,808 steps. 124 oz water. 1,325 calories.
03/25 208.4#. My cravings were bad tonight. I went over on my calories. Thank goodness for Zumba! 2,161 calories in pre workout. 9,999 steps.
03/26 210#. I am a bit surprised by this big of a jump.
03/27 208.4#. COMPLETELY blew my calorie intake for today. The last 3 days I have had terrible munchies. Tomorrow I should only eat when my body is truly hungry.
03/28 208.6#. Feeling much better about today than yesterday! Didn't have the cravings today. However I still ate 2 cups of pasta. Keeping the calories well under 2,000 today.

03/30 206.6#. Whoot whoot! I'm going to try to be better with my water today. I've slack off the last 2 days. Calories in 2,151. Strength training about 12 minutes. I should have skipped the ice cream cake.
03/31 207.2#. And before I knew it, the day was over. I barely ate today. Less than 600 calories. I also was not hungry today. Rode bike for 30 minutes. 61 ounces of water. Calories 599 in.
04/01 205.8#. Binge watching a really good TV show. Half a$#ed my workout. 20 squats, 15 girl pushups, 20 crunches. I think next time I'll do regular pushups. Did 100 ounces of water. Got 3,200 steps in. Calories in 1,163. Daily wanted to munch on something, but I wasn't hungry. Have been getting heartburn more frequently lately. I haven't been eating quite as well lately.10 -

03/25 - 73.3 kg went way beyond my required calories and so expected the gain!
03/26 - 73.4 kg my diet was ok like 80% clean but still got the gain! Disappointing!
03/27 - 73.1 kg Had a 100% clean diet, did a 30 minutes low impact workout. Happy that my scale moves down
03/28 - 72.8 kg Followed the diet and workout exactly like the before day. Hope this continues!
03/29 - 72.1 kg learnt what are those mistakes that I have been doing so far that doesn't make my weight go down like how I wanted it to be! Commitment, consistency and patience! That's all whats needed!

03/28 - 79,7 - Soooo... I've been binging this past week so this was expected... I was really lonely and stressed out this week. I was terrified to step on the scale (because I was scared of this result), but I knew I had to do it to get back on track. Hopefully I can still turn this around but I'm not sure at this moment. I feel defeated.

03/24 95.5 usual little weekend bounce. Taking a bit of a maintenance weekend to see if I can get rid of this virus! So no running, no spinning and eating a little more than usual. Although I did spend all day yesterday and today in the garden getting ready for growing season. Have all my veggies down now so looking forward to a lovely summer diet of fresh vegetables from the back garden!
03/25 95.0 guess i was working harder in the garden than I thought over the weekend! Back to running this week… I have 12 days left until graduation, out of the 3 dresses the one I want to wear most turns out to be the tightest… typical… so just have to see if I can skim a little bit more off so I can wear it comfortably!
03/26 94.8 nice to be back running again, 11 days until graduation! Also... My bmi is now 29.9.... I'm just plain ol' overweight now! Not obese! Woohoo!
03/27 dnw was up late to get kids to school so had already had breakfast when I remembered I hadn't weighed! Now had the ultimate joy of trying on my dresses, 2 fit but I still feel so frumpy in them! as I've gotten older the excess seems to gather on my tummy, it used to gather on my hips, which gave me a fat *kitten* but I couldn't see it so it was fine (ish) but now I feel like I've got a spare tyre from a bus sitting around my hips and I just hate it as I can see and feel it all day! My husband is zero help as he just tells me to get used to it because it's part of getting old! I don't want the tyre and I will never “just get used to it”!
03/28 94.4 nice little drop! last week to put in the work to drop the last bit for graduation! The graduation is a completely selfish thing, no one else gives a monkeys about it but i spent a long time working hard to earn my masters so I will be selfish on this one!
03/29 dnw mood taking a nosedive so I'm going to just relax a bit this weekend and come back to it once the black cloud lifts! I get very low moods with my period so I know how to deal with it and I know it will pass but it's bloody annoying!

04/01 94.9 nice to see my weight didn't go up too much! Time to get back on track. I'm not going to hit my goal this time but that's ok, as long as I don't go backwards!
04/02 94.7 not my most successful round but not the worst either. Weighing daily has really given me some insights into how my body operates. I now know that my month is broken into 2 halves. 2 weeks being tough to lose and the other weeks being much easier!
Anyway, still a downward trend! Bring on round 73, it will be tough but I can do it!

03/24 - 206.0 - down a little. Surprised as I didn't have a great day food wise but I suppose I ate little of the bad stuff. And I did manage a run/walk. So happy with that!
03/25 - 206.8 - back to start weight again. Food was ok yesterday. Could have been better. Spent the whole day walking around but more of a stroll than a brisk walk.
03/26 - 207.6 - not good. Not too bad with food but mane too much bread. This is not a good trend.
03/27 - 205.4 - excellent day yesterday. Excellent food wise and I did a yoga class and a very brisk walk. Hope I keep this loss now.
03/28 - 206.6 - food ok but too much of it and not enough exercise because there was no time. Today will be much better!
03/29 - 205.2 - food a bit too much cheese and no exercise just the usual 10,000 steps but nothing else.

Wow my 5th round already! Last month I reached three goals ahead of time. One of the goals would have been for end of March and the other was for April (Easter). I reevaluated my goals and I only have one for Easter. The new goal is to be 201.

03/24 - 210 starting this round with an increased weight, due to no one else but myself. I was binge eating yesterday so glad this was not worse than what it is. I have to get my head back in it. Doctor’s appointment tomorrow (check-up and blood work). After this will be assessing things and making some changes if necessary.
03/25 - 210.6 doctor appointment today and blood work.
03/26 – 209.8 the doctor’s visit went great, she is pleased with my progress so far (she did not know I was doing this again until yesterday). I got more blood work, I did not have to get the cholesterol because was good the last time. I don’t have to go back for another 6 months, which is great considering I was going every 3 months at one time. I also, was told not to focus too much on the numbers (example, saturated fats, sodium, etc. – these were concerns being on low cholesterol and with high blood pressure). Lastly, glad the weight is moving in this direction again.
03/27 – 209.4
03/28 – 208.6 I am not sure what glitch I had going on the past several weeks, but it seems to worked itself out.
03/29 – 208.6 I am not worried, it will be going the right direction. I have done so much walking this week and have been over 10,000 steps and the one day walked over 4 miles, for me that is great!
