I see that many of you have already "graduated" and are out of the 150s, but I need some accountability and help to get there myself so I hope there are still some of you checking this group!
I had used MFP about three years ago and was able to get down to 151 and loved the way I felt - so strong and powerful! But I let myself slip back up to 163, losing muscle and gaining a lot of fat (I just felt squishy all over). Now I'm trying to get back, but slowly so I don't lose muscle.5 -

Feeling good today. Hunger is getting back in check and energy has been good so far today. I probably should go back to twice weekly weigh in but being right at the threshold has had me needing to know where I am. Weight jumps seem to be roughly 2lbs so 147 will be considered out, and then to keep working toward 140 as a mid point for maintenance.3 -

I'm calling victory here. Planning on sticking around until I get to 140. Kicking around the idea of aiming for 135 and adjusting range to 130-140 depending on how things go. Keep it up everyone, you've got this!7 -
This group helped me focus on getting to the 140s (trying top leave those in the dust, now, but just as hard as the 150s!). This is what's been working for me:

Moving in the right direction! I did really well eating 4 of those 5 days and even my "splurge day" when a friend was in town was kept reasonable. I do use most of my "exercise calories," but hopefully all of the muscle I'm building in Crossfit is helping burn even more calories.

Bouncing around 150 and really struggling with consistency once I get into 140s. Got down to 148 a few times now and then just give in to every temptation until I leave 150 then I get back on it. Today has been good, just need to keep it up and then keep it off.
