Hey, I just saw this thread so I thought I would join in!
Starting Challenge weight: 195 lbs (May 25 2019 was my last weigh in day, will weigh in again this Saturday)
Current weight: 195 lbs
Goal weight: 150 lbs (weight loss goal of 45 lbs)
Total challenge weight lost: none so far during this challenge, I've lost 90 lbs since starting on MFP in November 2017 when I started at 285 lbs
Hoping to lose the rest of my weight by Christmas5 -

Goal weight: 169.5 would be 52 pound loss
Total weight lost: 0 for the start (18 on keto / 38.5 since June though )

This week's challenges: I'm doing #75hard which consists of : reading 10 pages of inspirational books, gallon of water, two workouts, one being outside, take a picture daily for 75 days. Today is day 29.

Current weight- I haven’t weighed in for about 3 weeks. I’m struggling to eat right and stay on track. I am not sure what changed but I feel out of control and I hate that! New and just started over again 2/11/19 at 225.8 and need to lose over 100lbs and prefer the challenges to keep me more motivated. I have started over for the 2nd time this year already. I started in January had some issues, and finally started again in February. So up for this challenge!

Congratulations you are killing it!
I did the 52/52 Challenge 2016/17 and lost 37/43 then made GW 184 in May 2018, (My original SW 376 2013).
Been below GW for one year,
For Tracie and others, I know that losing a pound a week for 52 weeks
May be “slow” but it works! Great way to keep focus on each day/week to see the months add up.

I’ve had periods like that, feeling out of control, and it’s usually when I am trying (and failing) to do too much and haven’t taken the time to really clear my head, review my goal, set my intention.
What is one thing (just one) that you can focus on this next week?
For me when I scale back I usually make it about my food, and the best balance of sticking to my diet that is achievable even if I don’t have much time. Diet is about 80% of weightloss. But you don’t have to be perfect.
Keep it simple, take it one step at a time, focus your energy.

This week I hit the "52 pound" weightloss challenge goal! However my true goal is 54.5kgs (120lbs), so I am a little under half way.
I've fixed my sleeping issues and now get really good quality sleep, I walk pretty much every day, I've shifted my diet to low-carb wholefoods, and incorporated a fasting protocol.
This week's goals: to do strength training twice a week (I've been trying to make this a good regular habit for months now, and haven't made it stick yet, bit of a failure!) & create a practice of 5 minutes of mindfulness each day.

This week's successes: I felt really good about myself this week. Overall, I was pretty happy and motivated and not letting the little things get to me.
This week's challenges: I didn't eat as well as I should have had. I also didn't lose as much as I wanted, but I shouldn't be too down on myself about it. I just have to remind myself that it's okay as long as I'm losing and feeling better about myself. I can't let the scale validate my progress for everything.
Next week's goal: I want to put together the good habits that I've been practicing together. Also, since the weather has been nice, I want to hit 10k steps a day by taking a nice walk every day.
