    Last check in weight: 142.2

*Way of Eating (WOE): IF 12-8 eating window, 1200 calories, little to no exercise
Seems a few of us here are feeling discouraged, whether we're trying to get out of the 150s or now the 140s. I'm feeling it today, have to admit. Why can't this be easier? Gaining 3 lbs of fat is so easy, losing it takes forever...oh, and then there's the next 3, and the next...at this rate, I'll reach my goal weight next year. Blah. I'll be back to thinking positively tomorrow, but today I'm wallowing lol.

    * I've also done about one month of keto, adding carbs back now- at 35 grams.

    Switching formats for brevity

    Highest Weight: 185.4
    Last check in weight: 147.6
    Current Weight: 147 (-.6)
Goal Weight 140 (Maintenance range 135-145)

Been under 150 for a whole week now. At no point pre or post exercise have I been above 150, so my success declaration was accurate. Now to get myself to the other end of 140. I would be lying if I said I am not considering a 135 goal instead of 140, but I need to get closer to 140 to really see what that would look like. I actually have set a 6 month time limit for myself which hits in mid July, so I am powering through until then and am curious where I will be at. Hoping to keep the trend moving downward until then. Good luck everyone. It really does get harder the closer you get to goal weight. Which only means the mental game is more important.

141 today! It'll be back up tomorrow, but it was encouraging to see a lower number.

I am having a blah week. Went out of town for the weekend, and wasn't horrible with my eating but I wasn't good, and I gained about a pound. Ok, I'll get back at it...and up another pound the next day. Ok, I am going to power through and stick with it...down .8 today, but still not where I want to be. I was hoping to be below 140 by our vacation which we leave for on June 9th. That's not going to happen, but I have to keep reminding myself I am so far from where I was when I started this at the beginning of the year.

Goal Weight 140? (Maintenance range 135-145)

Still trying to figure out goal weight. It might be a bit higher than 140 in reality. Maybe 142, which seems like a small difference to put any thought into, but here I am. Deficit is planned to end on July19th at the 6 month mark and maintenance from there.

@snaxandpop Thank you, it's such a mind game, isn't it? You never know if a pound is going to "stick," even if you're perfect. And I'm not. Seems like I just got out of the 150s after so much patience and I'd never go back, but we all know that's easier said than done. I have been at my ideal weight, and gained and gained. Didn't ever mean for that to happen, so the anxiety is real. It's exhausting. Glad you're all letting me stick around this little group.

@ajhouse I get that disappointment. I was hoping to be at GOAL by a swimsuit-wearing vacation June 15th, but... nope. I'll still get in the water, but it definitely takes something away from the trip. When I started back in March, I thought it would go so much faster!

The scale may have a slightly higher number this morning than a week ago, but it's the first day of my period so I am still pleased. I'm usually up about 2 extra pounds this time of my cycle and I know I managed my eating/calories in/out well all week, so I'll be looking forward to a great number next week.

I would love to join! I have been in the 150's for months now and can not seem to get out of them. I circle between 150, 151, and 152 for the last 3 to 4 weeks and is so frustrating. My weigh in days are Monday. They are my highest days and would love for my highest day of the week to be well in the 140's by May!

    4/1 - 152.6
4/8 - 152.8 I guess it's not going to be this week, lol
4/15 - DNW - was on vacation and did not have a scale
4/22 - 151.9 lowest weight on a Monday ever! This is after a 5 day vacation and a holiday weekend. So definitely on the right track.
4/29 - 149.5 I am in the 140's on a Monday! Just barely, but I am there. Planning on sticking around for a couple more weeks just to make sure I don't leave this decade again! Yaaahhh for me!
5/6 - 151.0 and I am back in the 150's,lol. Carbs and steak for dinner last night. I knew last week was to good to be true. Hoping to be completely out by the end of May.
    5/13 - 149.5 back to 140's but just barely!
    5/20 - 148.1
    5/27 - DNW - Vacation for a week!
6/3 - 148.7 Came back from a week vacation at 154.3! I almost died when I stepped on the scale, but got right back on the horse and started again. Finally back down, so this is great for a Monday and a week of vacation weight.

NOTE: I broke into the 130s- 139.4 - on June 1st. And then... that same day... I binged for the first time in a long while.1300 calories OVER my limit after receiving some bad health news about my mother. Woke up the next day at 143. Slightly back down today.

    BUT.

I have a plan! I was 158 lbs in March and I am not going back! So I'm creating a short-term (one week) additional deficit of 200 calories through diet AND MOVEMENT that will make up for those extra calories. Posting here to be honest about the bumps along the way in this messy process. When you get out of the 150s (and all of you will!), remember how hard it's been to do this and correct a slip immediately.

    Goal Weight ? I still down't know 135-139

I have decided I want to see what the 130's look like and 139 puts me at 25% lost, so there is my goal... for now. I am 40 lbs down and easing in to the range I want to stay at!
