Did Jessica Smith’s 10lb Down DVD. The plan for tomorrow is to take the water class.
Sharon – thanks for the smile.
Kate UK – I’m the same way, I try to do a craft so that I don’t want to get something to eat. I know that if I get something (like cheese from Cheetos) on what I’m working on, it’ll just be me who has to clean it and I don’t want to make more work for myself.
Have to go count the donations at the church in a few

Finally decided to do a before and after picture, this has literally taken me years and I have a ways to go, but it will never be backwards. Goals this month, do a 28 mile ride, lose weight of course and stay healthy.

Photos: Love seeing all of the photos being posted...Tracey's weekend with the wedding crew, Pip's cruise adventure, Amber's baby, Mary's DH's tractor accident, Kate's socks, and Julia's transformation.
Mary: So thankful your husband was safe and hope they get the overturn safely righted.
Amber: What is a honrey?
NY Karen: Thanks for the link. I should have read that yesterday!
We did not get the signed Power of Attorney papers. It seems that the address the lawyer sent them to was non-existent. They are hoping they will be delivered back to the lawyer's office. DH was livid and I had to live with his temper for the rest of the day.
Overcast and Rainy here! We need the rain!

@spikeyhair 👀 Oooo! Lovely 🧦 🧦! Great displacement strategy!
@LisaInAR That’s what I tell myself about the Irish weather. It’s what gives us colleens our beautiful complexions! 😂
@megamom WOW! WTG! Julia, you are fabulous. The old you looks okay, but it doesn’t look like the same person.
First is a rare photo of me in March 2014, (I tried to avoid photos in those days), second is in February 2019, 60 lbs lighter. I’ve lost another 4 lbs since then

When my F-n-L was born as a preemie; they would put a brick in front of the fireplace to warm it up, and wrap him up 3x; then swaddle him up, then wrap him up to the brick. He was wrapped up 3x so the brick woulld not burn him. I guess that was an old-time incubator.8

Today (Tuesday), I was back at work.
But at lunchtime I went for a walk among the shops and came away with a plush cat (we collect plush animals and it is hug a cat day), dumpling makers to make perogies, and a ring. I've been looking for a ring like this for a while ... since March when I decided I wanted a real or simulated aquamarine. My budget doesn't run to real aquamarines so a simulated one is fine and at last I found one I liked ...

I have my dermatologist appointment this morning. A check up since I’m proned to sun damage and cancer. I’ve had 4 surgeries over my lifetime and a lot frozen off. Luckily they were basil cell carcinomas. But they took a hunk of skin and each one was about 4” long; the one on my back is longer. Plus back surgery! My body has a lot of scars!!
Fancy I decided to cut my hair because it was too heavy and it made my face look like an old witch! (In my mind!) I was always hooking it behind my ears and it was driving me batty!
My stylist did a good job! I asked her to cut it short in back, cover my ears, and leave some length on top. My crown was turning white so I had her bleach out the crown. It blends so good with the gray. It does make me feel younger! I need that since I just turned 70!
Well got to go! Thanks for all the compliments you all!

Mary, I have my base calories set at 1200 and eat back all my exercise calories. That, along with an occasional day of eating without logging or eating stuff I don't normally eat, has kept my weight fairly stable.3

Nah Henry was hers 100% saw pictures with her shirt up of him kicking. Plus was a rough birth she had complications like me.I know Hispanic women to a teacher (twin boys)who gave birth in their 60-70’s.My mother-in-law still has her periods she isn’t even in Peri yet. A lot of other countries have it happen too. Youngest recorded to ever give birth was a 5yr old girl named Lina Marcela Media de Jurado. Oldest verified recorded 66yrs old Maria del Carmen Bousada de Lara (key word is verified some don’t get recorded or can’t be verified if it wasn’t a hospital birth) . Wouldn’t you hate to have to learn to spell these names for school whooo hands tired typing them out lol. 60 yr old Woman in England just gave birth to her grandchild for her Daughter after her daughter died.Used her Daughters freezes eggs. Omkari Panwar in India 70 yrs old had twins in 2008. Here read up found some about them.Even in the Bible their were even older recorded births.

Thought about DNA 🧬 my daughter plans on getting hers done ✅ by the Navy. Hubby afraid if I find them they might not want contact or might not be respectable people or I’ll get attached they’ll stop contact break my heart. If he knew for sure they were good people who wanted me he would feel differently I bet. Can’t blame him for his worries my Dad worried even when he looked.
Honrey is a misspelling of the Texas word ornery darn spell check doesn’t like country slang fights me.Our way of saying we’re hard headed. Sometimes, ornery is used in an affectionate manner to mean someone who is mischievous, stubborn or a little naughty, but still loveable.
I heard stories from relatives like your brick Moms side can’t make breast milk (I only was able to 1x for 3 weeks.) they took animal organs made canteens to baby bottles out of it to feed them cows/goat milk. People found ways if their wasn’t a Hospital,Doctor know how, technical advances yet,or a Woman in town who could be paid to nurse (wet nurse).Funny cause I explained canning to a teenager now of days they didn’t believe you could make store canned foods at home lol. They don’t know what telephone books are showed my Daughter her friends they couldn’t figure out how to use it. Lol 20 yr olds never seen them before.Forget about explaining chalk boards (slates) for classes to how their was 1 room classes for all.

Keep forgetting to sign. Good thing I didn’t have mine older I’d forget where I left him lol.
My base calories at 1200 had to raise it to 1400 tapering down cause I jumped into 1200 too fast.1 -
Michele - thanks for the feedback on your maintenance! How many calories do you eat to stay at your level? It’s really hard for me to figure out my calorie intake and not gain back weight. Maybe I’m stuck at 1200 for the rest of my life
Dana- your hair looks beautiful! And you definitely don’t look like you are 70!
Barbie - thanks for the information on your calorie amount. I will try what you do because every time I go over 1200 cal I seem to gain weight back. This part is really hard to figure out!
Karen VA- Olivia and Phoenix are so cute!! Great pictures, thanks for sharing! It’s fun to see them grow up!
We are getting ready to pull out of our campsite today. We will be driving three hours back to our resort. Not sure if I will get my exercise in today! I will probably have to do it before bedtime!! I really hate missing my normal routine!
Have a great day everyone!

Originally JRs name was supposed to be Benjamin Enoch V. ,but the hospital named him with a computer error the lady Erica decided on her own not telling anyone the name she put sounded better. They offered to pay most to fix it checks still available but they would let this moron touch his name again lol no thanks.Decided to keep Emilio DeJesus V. But he will have to go at 18 to court to add JR or a 2 at the end for his Social Security y birth certificate. For us to do it we have to prove we had him the hospital records list him as Ben ! We’ll Judge told us confident in private when he’s 18 he just walks in no need for blood tests, tons of lawyers, records, etc. Until then I carry his Ben y Emilio insurance cards so in the Emergency Room they can find Ben treat him. It’s been a mess the Woman created she’s nice in emails but over the cell oooh she says some racist to horrible things. She was a real winner she blamed another worker who got fired for it. Pays to be the boss I guess. With my Hypertension they had to read documents to me due to Temporary blindness (was scary). This woman read it wrong on purpose to me so I couldn’t find out she goofed. I reported them to the Joint Comission office to the top of each chain got that email back from the Woman .Nothing madder than a Mom with a Bedroom with blankets saying Ben got to change it all. I’m known in my family as the Jinx lol. If it can go wrong it does. For now Hubby signs stuff when he remembers SR

Here’s a picture Grandpa (Dad side) who Moms at his feet. Ben D. G. JR. lol back when Grandma y him lived in an old airport hanger turned into apartments. He had a new suit looked spiffy didn’t he.3 -
Loving the pics Pip. We had a bridge and galley tour, but didn't get to the laundry room. I would have loved to see it. Your swimming pool looks great, mine was about a third of the size!
Tracey - You obviously had a wonderful time. What a proud mum you must be. You really should advertise your services for weddings etc, great job!
In fact all the photos are lovely, babies, deco, countryside - just everything. All makes me smile. But I couldn't wear the socks - I'm such an itchy person.
Went shopping in the rain, boo, but I've got most of the stuff I need for Friday. Going to make lentil and kale polpetti to have with a watercress and hazelnut pesto. With tagliatelle. I even bought vegetarian parmesan (no rennet). We bought AF wine, plus normal Prosecco and a beautiful Gigondas as part of DSIL 's present. I have a blue salvia plus a scented candle to give her as well.
Mary - I'm still on 1200, but I eat all my morning exercise calories, so I eat 1800. I am supposed to leave my bonus afternoon exercise calories, walking, running, dancing etc on the table, but most days I eat some of them.
The reason why my weight has crept up a bit is because I got into the habit of eating them all and sometimes even more than that. Whoops! I've been logging, but over indulging. Guilty as charged. No amount of running can compensate for greed.
I hope I can rein myself in now, with the prospect of the school reunion. I really did throw caution to the wind for a while.
Still haven't weighed myself.
Every time DH cooks the stewed fruit I tell him to use the timer on the oven. He never does and I have reminded him a few times that the fruit might be done. Today he completely forgot about the apricots until I smelt them burning and told him. I hope he will use the timer next time. I have to put it on even if it's only for a minute, or I just forget.
Much love, Heather UK xxxxxxx6 -

Amber - I have an Instant Pot Duo. Life saver! It shuts off and keeps stuff warm. There is a bit of a learning curve, but I love how I don't have to watch it.
Many videos on YouTube on how to best use it. Plus an app.
Love Heather UK xxxxxxx2 -
Thanks Heather writing that one down.
We need a coffee pot that turns off too Hubby keeps burning it too lol. My crockpot doesn’t shut off so the duo sounds like a better option.
Waiting in line for the scale to check my weight.JR has taken it over he knows how to work it lol.
