I’m a little over halfway to my goal of 120 lbs (53% and 28.6 lbs lost) and am becoming tired of dieting. I know I’ve lost weight by working hard and eating well, but it feels like it’s taking forever! I just have to remind myself that I didn’t gain everything in seven months and will take time to lose too. I can say for certain I’m never doing this again so once I get to my goal weight, maintaining will be the main priority6 -
