Mini Intro & RoutineHi. I'm a 29yr 5' 4" female from Spokane, Wa. I've had too many cheat days lately, and need to get back on track & keep myself accountable.
My current motivation is fitting old clothes and being able to actually dress up this Halloween, but I'm hoping to be slim and fit by my wedding next year.
Starting with a 98hr water fast, and on the 4th I'll return to low carb 18:6 IF. I go to the gym 2-3 times per week, and either walk or do yard work on my weekends.

Goal for round 82 - being realistic, hoping to finish where I start. Traveling for part of this round so I'm making attainable goals. I won't be able to weigh or track well while gone so I'm going to make smart choices while not denying myself (portion control, movement every day, lots of water), and then resume tracking when I return.
7/2 - 139.3. Holding steady. Wins yesterday: 4 mile run (so humid outside!), 2.5 mile walk. Hydrated well. Slept well. Went over my calorie goal for the day but I didn't go in to a surplus due to my activity level.

07/02 168.0 Third day in a row. Not unhappy just waiting. I did my three miles on the treadmill yesterday. There is a lot going on right now with my friend in Colo getting out of the hospital and BF is coming home from his testing and visiting his ailing brother. I'll be taking an unexpected vacation starting on the 4th to help my friend in Co and bring him home after a check up appt. The bad news is no scale, lots of eating out, and limited exercise options. The good news is my friend is out of the hospital and my bf's cancer testing went well. He hasn't given me a full report yet, so that's not great but it's probably something manageable.

I'm hopeful that my hormone levels will become regulated in the near future and this will be a little easier.

- Drink at least 3 tumblers of my water while at work each day.
7/02 - 148.4: A nice way to get Round 82 going! I hit my water goals yesterday, stuck to my food, and went to the gym for a nice sweaty boxing session. I'm finding it really beneficial to weigh the whole dish for a meal that isn't easy to portion out by volume/sight (last night's dinner was a "lightened" up chicken Parmesan casserole), and then just weighing my portion to confirm the serving size. I'm also finding that we do well when I have alternatives in place, instead of making two different dinners or expecting my husband and son to eat as light as I am. Last night, I wanted a little extra texture, so I ate my serving of chicken parm on top of 2 air-fried eggplant rounds, and the boys put theirs over gnocchi. I did eat back all of my tracked workout calories (which are probably a low-side estimate anyway) on some treats, which I don't normally do. But they sure did taste good!

07/02 143.8 starting the round the same as the end of the round, which is a better than last round. Going to a barre class today. I find them kind of boring, but muscles burn so I think it works and instructor is really good at adjusting.

On 6/25 I decided to give up alcohol for a month, partly to help with weight loss, but who am I kidding...lol I need a etoh break anyways. So, I'm doing my exercise, and haven't had etoh in 6 days. My carbs are <100 per day..i know not exactly low carb, but i'm just analyzing the last 10 days. My caloric intake is fine, but I need more protein. So, in 10 days lost 1 pound...well, that's still 1 pound less, and no more gained...but more than that I'm on a journey so I'm stoked for the next ten days...

07/02 133 New low. This is actually the usual pattern. Down a little down a little more, than spike up before coming down...and then to a new low. It works...but it's a crazy ride! Strenghth class and zumba yesterday. Ate clean and healthy.

I will be back for another round. It will be 1 year on mfp on 7/7 and I honestly thought I would have been at my ultimate goal weight by now. Unfortunately I am not and I still have about 7-8 pounds to go. I have lost 33 pounds though and am very happy with that. I have revised my goal weight a couple of times, but am firm at 138 (at least for right now,lol) I am doing 14 days with no alcohol to see if this is what is slowing my progress down. I am also recovering from a pretty bad infection and still on antibiotics from a stupid spider bite. So maybe I will have a really big whoosh this round! Maybe, fingers crossed!

07/02 …..193.6 ….. Starting off another pound down, so the loss is sticking so far. I woke up starving yesterday, but after black coffee I had no hunger all day. I am sure I am fat adapted at this point. Yesterday was my son’s 23rd birthday. The party will be in a few weeks more than likely, but my son, brother & I did a mini-celebration late yesterday evening. We had a BBQ with steak, baked potatoes with sour cream, corn & grilled garlic bread & sherbet icecream. I ate the steak and 1 small baked potato with sc. No corn or bread. No icecream. It was pretty easy to stick to my guns since the hunger is at bay. Yesterday’s stats: 1071 Calories In / 2515 Calories Out. 39 Net Carbs. 11,008 Total Steps & 4.66 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Steps Hours. I did 44 minutes of vigorous cabin cleaning. I slept badly only getting 3 hours & 24 minutes of sleep. Good luck on round 82 Everyone! I appreciate you all.

@deepwoodslady Thank you for your kind words. My friend is like a brother to me and has been for thirty years. He has no bio-family left, I couldn't turn my back on him. Not letting myself get derailed is my focus. Most of the things going on are good, there is just a lot all at once and I can't be everywhere. So it will be another week before I see the BF, big deal. With our schedules, we're used to it but sometimes I just need him to look me in the eye and remind me everything will be ok.7
