I had 1 1/2 hours exercise
if you count housecleaning I would have another 3 hours though
I finished my superhero posing but was over on my fat because we actually ate beef tonight (something we do about once per month):laugh:0 -

Hello ladies! Sorry it's been a while. Work got stricter with their internet rules while upper management was visiting.
Anyways, I've kept track of the past week's results:
Friday: Under Carbs, Leg Raises complete, 40 minutes walking
Saturday: Under Calories, Pushups complete, 20 minutes walking
Sunday: Under Fat, Wasn't feeling well so all I did was drink water (lost count at 12 cups)
Monday: Over Sodium (sorry!), I did not dance (I do not dance at all), 80 minutes walking
Tuesday: Under Carbs, Squats complete, 60 minutes walking
Wednesday: Under Calories, Dumbell Rows complete, 20 minutes walking
Thursday: Over Fat (sorry!), Superman pose complete, 20 minutes walking0 -
