Breakfast:
1 cup of garlic tea, 1 cup of emperor puh erh tea
Lunch:
1/2 large gyro (filled with a LOT of lamb, chopped red onions and tomatoes, tzatziki sauce) 1/2 strawberry shortcake cheesecake, ice water to drink
Dinner:
1/2 large gyro (filled with a LOT of lamb, chopped red onions and tomatoes, tzatziki sauce) ice water to drink
Dessert and/or late night snack:

Gyro sounds amazing as does all of the fruit. Yum!!

Breakfast: toast with coconut butter, fried egg & salsa verde stacked on top...coffee
Lunch: rice-stuffed grape leaves, cottage cheese, whole peach & matcha tea
Dinner: out to dinner w/ clients for work...not my preferred restaurant but I'll enjoy a small ribeye steak, baked sweet potato, side salad with honey mustard on the side, and probably split a fudge brownie Quest bar with my husband hours later.1 -
Breakfast: salad of lettuce, basil, snap peas, carrots, cucumber, charred corn and olives tossed with salt and olive oil
Snack: shakerato; canary melon
Lunch: rigatoni with eggplant, tomato and basil sauce and 2tbs parmesan
Snack: Trader Joe’s nut bar
Dinner: going to pilates and yoga this evening, will have some wasa crackers with sliced tomato after if hungry

AM snack- Nature Valley almond butter/chocolate layered granola bar.
Lunch- Lime-Cilantro Chicken w/ Spanish rice.
PM Snack- Baby carrots + light ranch.

Girllllll...it was SO SO GOOD, absolutely delicious. As always, I've got to tell you once more--I LOVE the way you eat!

After dinner dessert and/or late night snack:
peach cobbler w/cup of coffee w/cream, bowl of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, watermelon chunks5 -

Lunch - egg scramble w/ cheddar cheese, bowl of watermelon
Snack - homemade java chip frappe, mozzarella cheese
Dinner - teriyaki glazed salmon, salad

Breakfast: coffee and a hard boiled egg
Snack 1: N/A - I save mine for after dinner! ;D
Lunch: Subway - 6 inch turkey breast on whole wheat with baked chips
Snack 2: Apple
Dinner: Breakfast! Bacon, eggs and a hashbrown
Snack 3: fibre 1 brownie, all-bran with skimmed milk and a strawberry.2 -
Breakfast: vanilla blended chia pudding, 1/2 sliced banana, cinnamon & shredded coconut. Iced coffee.
Lunch: TVP taco salad with 3 crumbled La Tiara shells, tons of peppers/onions, salsa verde & a little ranch since I was out of sour cream. Whole pear.
Dinner: pan-seared tofu w/ homemade BBQ sauce & roasted veggies (zucchini, onion, radishes & mushrooms), then probably going out for ice cream later - likely get a scoop of banana or mocha.1 -
Breakfast: salad of lettuce, snap peas, carrots, cucumber, charred corn and olives tossed with salt and olive oil; tea with milk and collagen peptides
Second breakfast: small cheese omelette, six tater tots and ketchup from buffet; iced coffee with milk
Snack: coconut water
Very late lunch: rigatoni with eggplant, tomato and basil sauce and 2tbs parmesan; slice of seven grain bread with ricotta; kombucha mixed with seltzer

Pre-workout snack: Homemade pumpkin spice protein bar with dark chocolate espresso drizzle
Post-workout breakfast: Protein smoothie (Amazing Grass protein superfood powder, banana, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, 0% skyr, unsweetened soy milk, and pumpkin pie spice)
Lunch: Chopped kale and spinach, grilled salmon, green peas, pomegranate seeds, roasted brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes, sunflower seeds, and goat cheese; Master Brothers 73% dark chocolate
Afternoon snack: Short flat white with soy milk
Dinner: Egg white frittata (egg whites, grass fed 93% lean ground beef, red bell pepper, mushrooms, baby spinach, fresh mozzarella) and a few Mary's Gone Crackers super seed everything crackers; 1 scoop of Haagen-dazs caramel cone ice cream
Today:
Pre-workout snack: Raw Rev Glo bar (peanut butter, dark chocolate, & sea salt)
Post-workout breakfast: Protein smoothie (ON extreme milk chocolate protein powder, banana, pumpkin puree, 0% skyr, PB2, unsweetened soy milk, and pumpkin pie spice)
Morning snack: Double espresso w/ just a bit of cane sugar
Lunch: Baby spinach leaves, cranberry walnut chicken salad, edamame succotash salad, garlic button tomatoes, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, tomato, and 2 peppadew peppers stuffed with garlic herb cream cheese; Pure 7 80% cacao with honey; 6 oz of Kitu super coffee (mocha)
Afternoon snack: 4 oz Tazo chai tea w/ espresso and a tiny bit of soy milk and honey; Rx bar (maple sea salt)
Dinner: Whole30 zesty purple cabbage slaw (made with a kale beet blend), blackened tilapia, and avocado; 1 small oatmeal raisin cookie

Breakfast: peach Greek yogurt & coffee
Lunch: open-faced tuna melt on 2 slices wheat toast made w/ 2 boiled eggs, whole can of tuna, diced pickles, onion & mayo plus some shredded cheddar melted on top. Sugar snap peas.
Dinner: chickpea stew - tomatoes, zucchini & chickpeas over brown rice. 1/2 blueberry muffin Quest bar & green jasmine tea.0 -

Dinner - TVP pasta bake with homemade marinara, 2 slices cantaloupe

Breakfast - coconut Greek yogurt & iced coffee
Lunch - corned beef & a lot of pickles on rye bread with mayo & mustard, 1 cup each of small pineapple & cantaloupe chunks
Dinner - Off the Grid protein waffle, sugar-free syrup, 2 fried eggs w/ sauteed onion, peppers & salsa verde, "healthier" home fries0 -

Probably also having a cup of coffee while cooking dinner.... puppysitting my co-workers dogs this week and the labradoodle's barking has had me up since 3:30 this morning. ;-;1 -
