    My weight fluctuated after reaching my lowest in July of 144.8 lbs. That's where I'm going to start


    Starting weight 181.8
    Start weight this month 144.8
    Goal weight this month 140
    Target goal weight 118.5


    July lost 5.1 pounds

    1 Aug - 146.8 scale still up? Sodium?
    2 Aug - 145.8 extra rest last night. Still need more cardio during the day.
    3 Aug - 146.0 cmon go down. A tad frustrated right now.
    4 Aug - 147.0 went out to eat. There was a driver k or two. Definitely water weight. (Starting insanity again, as burn phase)
    5 Aug - 146.2 started insanity yesterday, was stricter on my diet, plenty of water. Still frustrated. Need to remember to keep doing what I'm doing and I'll get there.
    6 Aug - 145.8 I will get there...
    7 Aug - 144.4 can I keep this a trend? Lol. Let's wait and see.
    8 Aug - 144.2 just keep going!
    9 Aug - 143.8 let's keep going!!!
    10 Aug - 143.2 today is a rest day. Let's see what tomorrow is.
    11 Aug - 144.0 not enough water yesterday. Ton of sore muscles. Back to Insanity again today.
    12 Aug - 144.0 lbs need to drink more water today. Just a reminder because I did not drink enough yesterday.
    13 Aug - 143.8 still dont feel I'm drinking enough water. Lol. Really need to focus on that.
    14 Aug - 145.0 ate junk at work yesterday. Did not drink nearly enough water to handle the heat.
    15 Aug 144.8- started TOM last night. Was holding quite a bit of water. Feel better now.
    16 Aug - 144.6 still feel like I have some water issues. Did not do insanity because of the heat and TOM.
    17 Aug -144.6 ate bad yesterday. Pretty surprised.
    18 Aug - 146.0 TOM holding onto water I presume. 🙄🙄
    19 Aug - 144.6 lots of water and exercise. Still on TOM. Hopefully more water will drop off soon.
    20 Aug -145.2 starting to feel hopeless about actually losing this month, even though I feel I'm putting in more effort .
    21 Aug - 146.2 all I can say is taco truck burrito!
    22 Aug - 146.6 had Chinese food last night. Shouldn't eat out to nights in a row.
    23Aug - 147.2 not sure why I'm holding onto water. I'll just keep moving.
    24 Aug - 147.2 more bad eating. Need to work this out. Kind of annoying.

    Starting weight 230 ish. Usually sit around 200lbs but I gained 30 from cancer medications. Then lost the 30lbs when cancer made me really ill. Still fighting the disease but feeling good presently so I’ll give this challenge a try 😀

    Goal weight this month 193.5 (-10lbs)

    Back again for another round!

    Starting weight: 178
    Start weight this month: 143.7
    Goal weight this month: 140 and to continue to drop my trend weight
    Target goal weight: 135

    May gained 1.1 pounds
    June lost: 3.4 pounds
    July lost: 2.2 pounds

    31July - 143.7 ended the month a little high/inflated but we will see what happens tomorrow
    1 Aug - 143.7 same still holding on to some extra weight. Hopefully it will drop tomorrow. Damn beers and fast food from Tuesday
    2 Aug - 142.2 Almost back to my lowest from last week. I guess I will just keep chugging along
    3 Aug - 142.2 probably would have been lower, but I drank to much again last night. I need to get it together already!
    4 Aug - 142.2 The hubby and I are going to see Hobbs & Shaw and have lunch.
    5 Aug - 144.6 beers at the movies and lunch. Uuugghh, starting today clean start and get lower on the scale
    6 Aug - 144.0 down a bit, hopefully I will be back to my 142.xxx tomorrow. Day 2 of getting back on track
    7 Aug - 142.1 back down, now to work hard the rest of the week and see a new low in the next couple of days.Stay on track Jenn!

    11 Aug - 141.5 got into an argument with my husband last night and comfort ate all day. We never fight so when we do it's not good.
    12 Aug - 145.0 We made up but then he took me out for lunch where I had two Bloody Mary's and a cinnamon roll. Sodium and carbs are out of control this weekend. I am back on track today. I blame my husband for this weekend weight gain, lol.
    13 Aug - 145.0 I think this is all hormonal. It kind of makes sense why I was so sensitive this weekend,lol.
    14 Aug - 142.7 going back down. Almost half way through and doing good so far. Still logging a loss at this point
    15 Aug - 142.7 Same which is good. Had lasagna, 1 garlic knot, and 3 beers last night. Luckily I only had 300 calories all day before that.
    16 Aug - 142.7 still didn't quite get it together yesterday. Craved carbs all day and ate them. Uugghhhh
    17 Aug - 142.1 still just hanging out. Way to much alcohol last night, actually this entire month has been to much

    20 Aug - 148.2 found out father-in-law passed away and has been a rough couple of days. Haven't been logging since Saturday. Will see what I can do the rest of the month.
    21 Aug - 145.1 down 3 pounds overnight. Thank you water and clean eating
    22 Aug - 144.1 I think I would have been lower, but I made rice and chicken for dinner last night and added soy sauce to mine
    23 Aug - 142.1 and we are back here again, this has been my number this month
    24 Aug - 142.1 did really well yesterday so wanted to be lower, but I have just played catch up all month long.
    25 Aug - 143.1 it flashed 142.1 and 143.1 multiple times, so I just went with the higher one. We slept in and actually laid in bed and watched a movie before getting up this morning so was a much later weigh in than normal. Still not bad for a Sunday.

    Had a busy day garage cleaning! Too bad it does not count as exercise on my watch but at least I got almost 13K in steps! Ate too much dinner as I was very hungry. I need to have a snack in the afternoon I think.

    July 30: 180.1 - Very discouraged - was away and clearly did not do very well! I am proud that I brought my scale and forced myself to weigh in every day!! First time ever. Back on track today!

    Aug 4:: 181.7 - I am very frustrated! We had company all weekend and I didnt journal my calories and here I am back in the 180's! UGH. I think I also need to bring my calorie level to 1000 calories per day instead of 1200 per daY. This week I will be at a class but will journal anyway!
    Aug 5 - 9: Weighed in every day - was taking a course all week. Weight fluctuated between 181-182

    1 Aug - 147.4 - A real rollercoaster ride
    2 Aug - 148.2 - here we go again. TOM is lurking about the corner too so scale will dance about. Up 2 lbs in 2 days?
    3 Aug - Didn't weigh - feel bloated
    4 Aug - Same as yesterday
    5 Aug - 148.8 - If I cut back anymore I would be eating under 1000 calories. Scale not budging or going up!
    6 Aug - no weigh in TOM
    7 Aug - 147.2 - hope I can get to at least 145 this month. Some loss is better than nothing. I notice that clothes are fitting better which is not reflected on the scales.
    8 Aug - 147 lbs.
    9 Aug - Not weighing today. My nerves can't stand it

    11 Aug - 146.6 - Cautiously optimistic. Not sure I trust my scale
    12 Aug - 148 - after 2 months of low/no carbs I completely lost my mind last night and binged on cookies and mini granola bars. I felt like I would go mad and kill someone if I don't get some sugar. I have to rethink my eating as I don't think this is sustainable for me.
    13 Aug - 2nd night of binging last night - no weigh in
    14 Aug - 3rd night of binging - ok, this has to stop today. Too afraid to weigh - but will get a hold of myself today

    Target goal weight 155 lbs which is my pre stroke weight

    May put on 1 lb

    15 Aug- 163 lb (0) Little to no change. The scale/method for my weigh in right now isn't the most accurate lol For one, I'm fully clothed when I weigh in. Shoes off though. This is because I've been weighing myself on a scale at work. (I dont think they'd appriciate me stripping down the the ladies restroom for a naked weigh LOL!!) I might change that... I use what is called and "expression station" at work 2X a day. It's for breast feeding mothers who need to pump while at work. The room is private and lockable. So if I bring my own scale in to keep in there I could do naked weights after pumping.... entertaining the idea for sure.

    1 Aug-- I did not weigh myself today I got back from vacation a few days later than expected, ugh I'm nervous to get on that scale. I will record my starting weight for the month tomorrow.
    2 Aug--193.4 Well I guess I didn't do as good as I thought while on vacation. I gained almost 2.5 pounds :/ ...But I'm back now focus, focus, focus I can and will be in the 180's this month!!!!

    5 Aug--192 I'm happy with this steady 192 especially because a surprise came early Saturday morning I was not expecting my TOM to arrive about 12 days earlier this month than last :| But it is life so lets see how I do over the next 6 days with the major BLOAT....

    22 Aug--191 I have been so busy this week I already am very busy I work 2 jobs IT from 9 to 5 then from 5:30 to 10pm I clean offices near my home, I have went on more interviews for the night time job because I feel like if I am going to do this then I want the most money I can get so I am exploring options. I still meal prep for the week I find that works best for me, but I have not been drinking as much water and doing some of the things I know I need to do. I still have more days in this month and I'm going to make this a great weekend as it is the last one for this month that counts. Keeping myself busy 6 or 7 days a week is what works for me!!!!

    Well, after an amazing 3lb whoosh on Saturday (3lb lost since Tuesday!), I've met my 10lb loss goal for August. I'm therefore going to up the challenge and amend my goal to a full stone lost by 31st (I think I'll be another pound down when I weigh in tomorrow, so that would mean another 3lb to go). It's a not a do-or-die target, just giving to something to aim for. I'm not expecting another whoosh just yet, and I'm not going to starve myself, but I'd be thrilled to have dropped a stone. My clothes are fitting better already :)
