    Thanks - I completed the C25K earlier this year and loved it. I found I had to repeat a few weeks and now I use the Nike Run Club app which I also love. The gym is just down the road and includes a personal trainer so I'll be there at 5am!! I might switch the running and the gym over and do gym 3 times a week....not sure and grateful for any advice from experienced exercisers.

    That's great! I'll look up the Nike Run Club which I hadn't seen, I've also been looking at the MapMyRun app to follow up after the C2k5 one. 5 Am is sooo early to get to the gym, that's admirable! I run outside, I've tried the treadmill but find it harder as there's very few distractions but will probably go back to the gym for winter months. I also try to cycle to work most days and I'd like to add swimming once a week for 1h :)
