I'm back again. Like many I start and stop, and though long term I have achieved some massive results I keep letting things slip. The good thing is each time I do, I allow the slip to not go as far back, and I saw the scales telling me a new tale, one that included the word obese, so here I am. Back tracking food and needing more motivation.
Triathlon is my game and my next big event is in January (3k swim, 120k ride, 25k run).2 -
I brought up that I had MTV's The State, but only on VHS to some recent grad engineer co-worker. He said he would head to the museum to get a time machine so he could find a VCR.3

I don't know what a Starfleet uniform is and I'm pretty old
My mom still watched vhs tapes of my skating. It's super embarrassing and I wish my dad hadn't found some hybrid dvd/VHS machine1 -
My parents had given me a vhs of one of my first races in the late 90s. I thanked them.2

OMG DISASTER struck this morning: the coffee machine in work was not working.
Thankfully the engineer is here now. Had a cup of Earl Grey instead, but that just doesn't cut it.
Was also locked out of my system for over an hour, but that was okay.2 -
