    I'm transitioning to maintenance, with about 5-10 lbs to lose, and weighing in on Fridays, starting September 6.

    Sept.2: 220.8 lbs This number should be lower but I went off plan yesterday for a cheat day and am carrying some extra water weight from carbs/salt. Hopefully a bigger jump will be seen in my next weigh in.
    Sept. 9: 219.2 lbs I've started supplementing this week, with some daily multivitamins, Omega-3, potassium and magnesium. I'm hoping this helps with the weird water retention/weight fluctuations I've been seeing the last little while.
