Two overeasy eggs, two slices of turkey bacon, and a piece of toast with 10 grams of light, whipped cream cheese, cherry tomato, smoked salmon, and everything bagel seasoning on top. Coffee with pumpkin spice Nutpods creamer, Swerve sugar alternative, and 2 TPSP of coconut based whipped cream on top. Hit all the right spots and was a very filling breakfast for less than 300 cals.0
