I wanted to add that I have found my silver bullet in spaghetti squash. Great alternative to rice or potato and only 43 calories a cup.7

Since Monday are my highest days of the week. I have also included mu 7 day average for the week. Really looking to break into the 130's by the end of this challenge.

Weigh In:
9/23: 145.4 (Avg 144.47) - Weekends are my downfall. Had my youngest daughters birthday party and drank a little to much with the family on Saturday. It always hits me 2 days later.
9/30: 145.9 (Avg 142.41) - tailgating for the Cowboys game. Drank and ate way to much yesterday. Fell terrible today and realizing I ma getting way to old for these crazy weekends anymore.
10/07: 143.2 (Avg 143.11) - Took a 3 day weekend this weekend. Had a little bit of a fall Saturday night and just needed to rest. The hubby and I are going to see a movie (Joker) and probably go out to lunch. Not having any snacks or popcorn though at the movies.
10/14: 142.8 (Avg 143.07) - My lowest Monday ever. Did really well this weekend and am super proud that I held it together. If I can get my Mondays (which is usually my highest day of the week) down to 138 I will be stoked! Although, I haven't even been able to get my lowest days of the week into the 130's yet, lol.

Sitting at the airport coming back from a conference and I am pleased to report I NAILED my goal!!!! Stayed within reasonable range of calorie targets every day while traveling this past week - ate grocery store food most of the time with only one night out for dinner. I didn’t set an exercise goal but I managed to go out for walks on breaks and free time and even used the hotel gym twice!! Got to try a fancy Peloton bike😝😝
I will weigh in tomorrow but I’ll have to say even without a number to go with it I’m feeling pretty accomplished13 -

Barely treading water here but, I've noticed that as I've lowered my calorie intake I'm still eating too many calories from Sugar and Carbs. Got to reset: Joined the Y last week almost completed (still some finishing construction inside to be done) so I'm hoping to mix in some new/exciting workouts when the snow starts flying. BTW @dustyspal is my hero.

@scampbell031457. Oh. I didn't know how I would be someone's hero. I have been told I was a very stubborn person. I guess in this case, it's a good thing. I really appreciate the recognition! It a conscious effort every day, but I have my goals and I am determined to get there.
There are so many others who are also doing quite well with their losses and taking on the challenge. I'm my book, we are all winners! I mean Losers!!4 -

Goal 1: Go out Dancing (I LOVE dancing and haven't been out in months!)
Goal 2: Try some more advanced classes to up my exercise routine
Goal 3: Sign up for winter weekly swimming classes with my local community ed
Goal 4: I have a work conference coming up in Oct and I will be flying staying out of town for 5 nights - my goal is to have meals planned that don't require cooking and I can pick up at the grocery store while there ACCOMPLISHED!

I am SUPER happy with how my conference week away from home went! I think it helped that I had a plan + limited options, so once I set myself up it was pretty easy to stick with it! I had a great weigh in yesterday (my first morning back) but today was a little higher. Plus I binged a little on some cereal tonight, I watch my nephew at my sister's every Wednesday and they always have sweet cereal around... and I have a hard time keeping my hands out of those boxes

Spent the majority of Yesterday at the hospital getting 3 kinds of test done. 1st Echocardiogram, 2nd Thyroid ultrasound, 3.Stress Test in this order. The echo & stress test are for the heart. ❤️
Had to drink a Pepsi with caffeine and sugar in it afterwards. They said it would help with nausea and migraine, but it didn't had to take some medicine for it.
It was a unhealthy food day with sugar soda and food I normally don't eat,
I thought I would gain weight from it. When I weighed this morning, it showed a 1.6 lb loss. I'm so happy. that I didn't gain.
Will post weight on Monday as I normally do. Have a great day.

Didn’t make very good progress this week. It was Canadian thanksgiving so many more carbs, alcohol, and sweets than I’ve had over the past number of weeks but still was able to squeak out a small lose. I’ll take it!

Just came back from vacation. I ate more during the trip because I needed energy to walk around. Gonna go back to calorie restricting this week and hopefully am able to squeeze in time to workout.
