My go to breakfast at the moment at the weekends is three potato rosti's, two runny eggs, and two pieces of no fat bacon. Great Crossfit breakfast.1

Egg/egg white omelet with a Mexican cheese blend (bag) and medium salsa and sour cream.
On a side note, I usually use 3 eggs to 2 whites or 2 eggs to 2 whites... And it turns out great. 2 eggs to 3 whites (as I used today) will not feature on the menu again.1 -
