Hi there, I'm 5'3". Started at 198 lbs, January, 2019. Today I am at 146.5 lbs!! My goal is 140lbs. So close!! Picture is 191 lbs vs 146.5 lbs.
That’s so neat to see such a direct side by side - Same clothes, same position, same everything! With that much similarity you can even see you weight loss in your FEET! Rock on girl!
Didn’t notice the skinny feet until you said it! Oh my gosh, it’s true!
I was wondering if it’s the same pants and how they’re staying up, or if it’s very similar pants.

Hahahaha Oh my gosh!! I didnt even notice my feet!! Thanks moonangel12 & corninasue1143.
And yes, those are different pants. Went from SZ 16 to 10. Same shirt & shoes though
I am 5'2", at my heaviest on the left I was 150 lbs at 37 yrs old, 3 years after giving birth to my daughter. We'd gone on our 10 yr anniversary trip to Mexico and when I saw the pictures of me in a bathing suit, I knew I had to do something. The picture on the right is the first bikini I'd ever owned let alone wore,
I started WW and a workout program and was able to lose 25 lbs in 4 months and I haven't looked back since. 8 1/2 yrs later I maintain around 125 pounds. I have gone above that and below but have never let myself get back over 130.
Girl!!!!!! Whatttt???!!! 🙀🙀🙀🙀 My jaw is on the floor. I can’t believe that’s the same person!!!! You look incredible!!!! Congratulations on a complete & total transformation!!!! 💪💖🤩🌟 sooo sooo inspiring!!!!
It took like two years and some permanent scars on my knee (two running falls in close temporal proximity), but it was definitely worth it health-wise. I was 25 with cholesterol of over 300, even though I was vegetarian and a fair amount of knee pain from a car accident several years prior. Now my cholesterol is in the optimal range and my knee only hurts when it's going to rain.
I am 5'1" I started at 232 (day I delivered my youngest Aug 23 2019) I am down to 176.6 today. Preprenancy weight was 220. My goal is 115ish. I !og everything before I eat it never going over 1200 calories. I also drink tons of water and diet Pepsi lol
Hi ladies! I am just under 5’1” and 6.5 months ago I topped out at 168 pounds. I got tired of hating my body, so I changed my eating and started using the gym membership that we were not making great use of.
I now go to group exercise classes 4 days a week and walk 2-2.5 miles the other 3 days.
As of this past weekend, I am weighing in at 134 pounds. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe for Christmas because I am now down to a size 6. My size 12 pants had to go!!
Hi All. I am 5 even and weighed myself this morning so that I could go back to logging in my food. So I am at 173. I have lost weight in the past all the way down to 142 and I was very happy with that I just didn't see how easy it was to go all the way back to start. Gotta believe that everyday is a chance to start over or keep building on the progress. Any ideas are greatly welcomed
This picture is at my heaviest weight and current. I would like to lose about 35ish more pounds putting me at 125-130lbs. I am 5'2 and started my journey July 10th , 2018.
I'm 5'1" and actively started counting calories on 2/23 last year. Picked that day because my starting weight was 223. I've lost a little over 73 pounds and down to 149. Would like to lose another 20, I think. Went from an 18W pant to an 8-10 and 2X shirt to a M-L. For those just starting out, if I can do it, you can too!! One year from now, you could be in my position. Consistency, not perfection, is key. Happy to accept friend requests to support and encourage.
@allgaun MFP will not set your calorie intake to less than 1200. You can set it manually after using an online BMR calculator. You might have to be Premium to do this. I try to eat 800-1200 per day when in fat loss mode. I've taken many breaks this past year to avoid diet fatigue. I don't believe in "starvation mode" or people who say it's bad to eat less than 1200. My health is the best its been my entire adult life and really, have you ever seen a fat starving person??? My guess is that people who parrot this idea are probably not 5'1"!

Wow!!!
I'm 5'2" and if I put in I want to lose a lb a week, I get 1200 calories.
If I input .5 lbs I also get 1200!
I have 50 lbs to lose so it's not like I'm close to my goal weight.
