1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.

6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also haven’t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? It’s been since Tuesday (2/4). We’ll see how today goes.

At the last official weigh-in, 181.2. My home scale suggests 176.4-oh to dream.
Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.
Feb 7 179.6 on my new home scale but sigh, I know it is fudging. Ate out-feel sick. Will do pool exercises. Wonder if it really helps or if I am just playing at pool. Wiggled for 20 mins in DMV line if that is worth anything.
Feb 8 too early to say much. cold and I will do the Y pool some today. 176.4 a.m.

Weekend!! My husband and I had a quick discussion on what our family menu should look like for the week, and it’s so helpful that he’s as committed as I am. I do the grocery shopping on Saturdays and meal prep on Sundays. It’s so nice to be able to plan ahead. We’ve saved money, eaten healthier, and waste less food than in the past. Totally worth the extra time and effort.

I possibly forgot to post details. Lol.
I was feeling a bit off, then fainted, and unfortunately whacked my head when I passed out.
Doctor checked me out, and no big issues, but recommended to take it as easy as possible for a few days. And avoid anything that could result in another head injury - not a huge adjustment with my general exercise routine made up of walking the dog, and reformer pilates classes.
Have had my meds adjusted as the pills I take for migraine prevention also reduce blood pressure, and the fainting may have been due to low blood pressure (though I tested perfectly fine the next day).3 -

1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.

3 Feb: 144 Super Bowl yummies! I went just a little over my deficit calories, but...sodium!

6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also haven’t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? It’s been since Tuesday (2/4). We’ll see how today goes.

9 Feb: 139.8 My stomach still hurts every time I eat. I’ve averaged 1050 calories/day this week, when my goal is 1550 (and I average more like 1700, actually). I’ve never had this before!
