    2 Feb - 143 lb -Wow!! I haven't seen this number in about 10 years!! It's the lowest in my adult life! 😲👍Feels like a temporary drop, being almost 2 lbs in one day... But I'll bask in it while I can 😊
    3 Feb- 144.6 lb- Welp.... ok then lol Late dinner last night.
    4 Feb- 144.2 lb- This seems like a more realistic number. B)
    5 Feb- 143.2 lb- Unexpected, but I'm not going to argue lol Surprised to see this drop. I ended up having to weigh myself after lunch today.... so tomorrow might be even lower. Just have to wait & see!
    6 Feb- 142.4 lb- AWESOME! I must be doing something right!! I noticed my wedding rings have been feeling dangerously loose lately. Starting to worry about them slipping off :o Close to time to get them refitted!!
    7 Feb- 141.8 lb- Wow! I might be in switching into maintenance mode THIS MONTH!!! :open_mouth:

    9 Feb- I weighed myself on a different scale this morning. Seemed to low to be a "real" number. I'll wait until tomorrow to weigh in on my regular scale to confirm or disprove it. *shrugs* I don't wanna get my hopes up!

    6 Feb: 66.2 - not expecting this to last. Was a bit unwell last night, so possibly dehydration and less food on board.

    10 Feb: 66.6 - still v.sore head with some swelling (very colourful black eye), and not back to exercise yet (a little walking, but more resting)

    At the last official weigh-in, 181.2. My home scale says I ate 2 fruit turnovers so +2.

    Feb 1 Sad day-sister died no weighing, barely got out of bed
    Feb 2 Went to church, had pancakes and sushi, went to YMCA, that scale seems to say 181 my scale is under 184
    Feb 3 new scale says 181 did no exercise
    Feb 4 not saying what my scale said-just hoping it is close to right, husband's wedding ring does not seem to snag on joint today. no exercise but I did chase kid around gym and we will walk to meeting tonight (10 mins at most) I have to wait while he does chorus I can stroll or do steps during that. Pool tomorrow.
    Feb 5 my scale lies and I love it but can't use its sweet mark. did 45 mins in pool.
    Feb 6 scale lied some more, will check at Y, gonna do a water zumba and add 30 more mins to make up for missed days. Wonder if I am under-estimating food and will more carefully measure.
    Feb 7 179.6 on my new home scale but sigh, I know it is fudging. Ate out-feel sick. Will do pool exercises. Wonder if it really helps or if I am just playing at pool. Wiggled for 20 mins in DMV line if that is worth anything.
    Feb 8 too early to say much. cold and I will do the Y pool some today. 176.4 a.m.
    Feb 9 177 at least made chili not a great day 45 pool mins

    I possibly forgot to post details. Lol.

    I was feeling a bit off, then fainted, and unfortunately whacked my head when I passed out.

    Doctor checked me out, and no big issues, but recommended to take it as easy as possible for a few days. And avoid anything that could result in another head injury - not a huge adjustment with my general exercise routine made up of walking the dog, and reformer pilates classes.
    Have had my meds adjusted as the pills I take for migraine prevention also reduce blood pressure, and the fainting may have been due to low blood pressure (though I tested perfectly fine the next day).

    (I use Happy Scale, so the losses above are determined by moving average. I will post my actual daily weight below.)

    1 Feb: 144.4 TOM started today, so I should see a bit of a water weight loss about 5 days from now.
    2 Feb: 143.2
    3 Feb: 144 Super Bowl yummies! I went just a little over my deficit calories, but...sodium!

    6 Feb: 140.6 Water weight loss after TOM, but also haven’t felt well the last few days, so not eating much. I expect this to go up some once better.
    7 Feb: 139.6 Still not eating up to goal calories. My stomach hurts after I eat anything. Is this like a mild stomach bug? It’s been since Tuesday (2/4). We’ll see how today goes.

    9 Feb: 139.8 My stomach still hurts every time I eat. I’ve averaged 1050 calories/day this week, when my goal is 1550 (and I average more like 1700, actually). I’ve never had this before!

    Oct 2016: finally hit my target of 155
    Dec 2018: Had gradually wavered up again to 170s
    Jan 2019: still wavering round 170
    July 2019: bounced up and down between 160 and 170
    Aug 2019: Gave myself the proverbial kick up the a** and buckled down!
    Oct 2019: Set new goal weight of 150 by year end
    Nov 2019: Hit goal late Nov. I’m now focusing on increasing strength workouts

    Thanks to my TOM I am bloated and sore and crabby lol. And I want all the sugar and carbs. All of them! I’m compromising with yogurt and orange-lemon curd as a tasty dessert and a giant smoothie for breakfast. Lunches this week are a quick and dirty coconut curry with a ton of vegetables. And hopefully an afternoon nap 👍🏻
