    I think I’ll stick to 40hrs in this short month, the crazy person in me wants to say 50 but that just seems daunting and maybe unnecessary to push myself to. But now that I’ve thrown 50hrs out into the universe...

    2/01- 2hrs (1hr boot camp & 1hr kickboxing)
    2/02- 1hr (HITT cardio & abs)
    2/03- 3hrs (1hr strength, 1hr yoga & 1hr spin)
    2/04- 2hrs (1hr Pilates & 1hr kickboxing)
    2/05- 1hr (strength)
    2/06- 1hr (yoga)
    2/07- 1hr (strength & cardio intervals)
    2/08- 2hr (1hr boot camp & 1hr kickboxing)
    ___________
    Total= 13 Hours

    2/3 - 60 minutes cycle class; 60 minutes bootcamp; 45 minutes lifting

    2/4 - 60 minutes lifting; 30 minutes cycle class
    2/5 - 60 minutes lifting; 60 minutes bootcamp; 20 minutes running
    2/6 - rest day
    2/7 - 60 minutes lifting; 20 minutes running
    2/8 - 60 minutes bootcamp; 20 minutes running
    2/9 - rest day
