    Feb 2 - 71 mins AM beach walk, 40 mins bike, 30 mins biceps & shoulders, 15 mins abs, 10 mins elliptical (I’m beat)
    Feb 3 - 21 mins elliptical, 30 mins bike, 30 mins calisthenics

    Feb 6 - 60 mins bike, 15 mins elliptical, 30 mins calisthenics

    I’ve thrown 50hrs out into the universe... but 40 sounds more reasonable.

    2/01- 2hrs (1hr boot camp & 1hr kickboxing)
    2/02- 1hr (HITT cardio & abs)
    2/03- 3hrs (1hr strength, 1hr yoga & 1hr spin)
    2/04- 2hrs (1hr Pilates & 1hr kickboxing)
    2/05- 1hr (strength)
    2/06- 1hr (yoga)
    2/07- 1hr (strength & cardio intervals)
    2/08- 2hr (1hr boot camp & 1hr kickboxing)
    2/09- 2hrs (1hr strength & 1hr of spin)
    2/10- Rest day with a head cold
    2/11- 3hrs (1hr Pilates, 1hr spin & 1hr kick)
    2/12- 2hrs (1hr strength and 1hr step)
    2/13- 2hrs (1hr spin & 1hr yoga)
    2/14- 2hrs (1hr strength, 1hr boot camp)
    2/15- 2hrs (1hr boot camp & 1hr kickbox)

    I’ve thrown 50hrs out into the universe... but 40 sounds more reasonable.
