I think I’ll stick to 40hrs in this short month, the crazy person in me wants to say 50 but that just seems daunting and maybe unnecessary to push myself to. But now that I’ve thrown 50hrs out into the universe...

2/03- 3hrs (1hr strength, 1hr yoga & 1hr spin)
2/04- 2hrs (1hr Pilates & 1hr kickboxing)

@JDMac82 - This looks like a great challenge. I could use some additional motivation to get out to the gym in the morning. I'd love to join. Since we're about 1/3 of the way through the month, I'll aim for 16 hours.

*I had someone message me wondering if I get bored doing the same routine over and over. lol Some days, yes. I do change up the strength portion of my workouts. But the thing is; regular exercise (other than walking) is new to me (again). I have only been doing this routine for a little over two months now, and I am hesitant to change it up too much, for fear it will cease to become a "habit". For right now, I am good where I am at. Repeating the same workout. It is still helping me take the weight off, and it has become that routine that I need every day.3 -
02/07 - 24 min aerobics, 7 min abs, 60 min walking = 91 minutes
02/08 - 16 min aerobics, 12 min abs, 40 min strength = 68 min
02/09 - 35 min aerobics, 10 min abs = 45 min
