Been a good month so far. Just using portion control and working out 30 minutes a day. I worked hard on cutting unnecessary snacks. Here's to an even better February.

Hit my goal for January.
Aiming for 2 pounds in February. I know Jan was mostly water weight. I much rather lose weight slowly and actually enjoy the process than taking drastic measures that are not sustainable after the weight is off. So 166 is my february goal.

Jan start Weight: 132 lb.
Jan Goal Weight: 124 lb.
Ultimate Goal Weight: 99 lb. (I am very short, I am only 5'3)

Total January Loss: 4.1 lb.
I only lost 0.1 lb this week. It was a hectic week. My boyfriend's mom's birthday was yesterday and I ate badly at the party. I also ate badly on Chinese New Year party on Saturday which also extended to Sunday. I am surprised I didn't gain weight. Oh well that's life... Even though I have not achieved my goal weight I am happy that I lost 4.1 pounds this month. I don't weigh that much so 4 pounds makes a huge difference and I feel a lot better too.5 -

Lost 5 pounds in the week by using MFP food diary, walking and a ride on Sunday. Think my metabolism is so slow these days I'll not drop much without adding some cardio.

(I hurt my shoulder and found solace in snacks! Couldn’t work out much and the pain was unbearable!) It’s starting to feel a bit better. I’m back on track for February!

Total loss for January: I decided to add my December 31 weigh-in; I had only been showing December 28 since it was my normal weigh-in day. By scale, depending which day you look at, I either gained an insignificant 0.2 pounds or lost almost a pound. By average weight, I'm down a little bit. I had a Bagel Disaster a week ago and had a weight spike that I'm finally getting over. Whew. See you in the February thread!3 -
