The world exists and you are in it, but what is existence? Your physical presence or the memories and thoughts you have?5

“We live as we dream - alone. While the dream disappears, the life continues painfully.” - Joseph Conrad (from The Heart of Darkness)
P.S. I don't get hyper when I've had a lot of coffee, I apparently get philosophical.2 -

Ever tried to imagine nothing? Not your own non-existence, not the world’s non-existence, not really even the non-existence of the universe but actual nothingness? It’s trippy and I think impossible2 -

Yet my husband insists that men have a "nothing box" where they go when they want to escape and that they can, in fact, think of "nothing". How, I have no clue.
I fear we may be getting into the realms of Lovecraftian horror if we continue on this trail of thought.2 -

Both of you are incorrect.
Cardio, no problem.
Weight training, no problem.
Dieting, problem.
Nope
Cardio is still a problem.
When it comes to dieting, we live in a land of abundance & my will power is a diminishing asset.3 -

I dunno.. i like taking the Trek out for a ride or some HIIT cardio in the morning. Weight training in the gym still feels awesome. It's the nutritional part that I keep slipping up with.
I hear ya'.
I used to live for cardio, just not anymore.
And yeah, I have a Trek & a Cannondale & a Giant & a GT - all up on hooks.
Running? I'm retired from the sport..... unless I'm being chased by an angry boyfriend.3 -

My ex husband does not have that.
Too bad he doesn’t, maybe he could shut it all off but when you own your own small business there is never a time that his brain stops trying to work things out.

I really respect small business owners. Takes a lot of courage. Growing up across the street was Mr Pappadopulus. ( Certain spelling is incorrect) His family would come over at block parties and Communion parties. Anyway he called his Diner " the baby" because it needed to be tended to 24 hrs a day, forever. He also made sure all his kids, Teddy George and Sophia, ( don't ask how I remember) worked there after school. That way they would know the restaurant business and do well in school so they'd never have to go into it. He died a long time ago, not joking I think behind the register. He really did work hard and provided for his family.5 -
Do you guys remember I was freaking out that actual John Konesky followed me on IG?
I'm breaking my social media hiatus to say HERE IS ACTUAL JOHN KONESKY WITH ACTUAL ME.13 -

But things exist without my existence though I’m not conscious of it.
As for the void. Imagine it doesn’t exist either. It’s impossible2 -
