    3/01: 34 min. chilly hilly outdoor walk
    3/02: 20 min strength; 76 min outdoor walk

    Diagnosed on March 3 with mild arthritis in both knees ~ I plan to keep moving!

    Fifty in February might have been a freak occurrence. March slowly gets a bit busier for me. I think 40 hours is attainable.

    3/01- 2hrs (1hr strength and 1hr spin)
    3/02- 2hrs (1hr strength and 1hr spin)
    3/03- 1hr (kickboxing)

    March is already proving to be a busier month and I’m a little sad that winter workouts are going to come to an end

    I love that you're walking your dog! I need to do this with mine, as she's getting "fluffy" lying on the couch too much.

    I love that you're walking your dog! I need to do this with mine, as she's getting "fluffy" lying on the couch too much.

    Thank you! Our dog loves her walks, and we don't go a slow pace either. It's how I "train" for 5K & 10K races.

    I’ve been babying some strained muscles in my neck and shoulder, my masseuse dug in deep so I gave myself the day to let that work.
