    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
    Snack: Greek yogurt
    Lunch: Thai green curry with rice
    Snack: Cheese stick, 1/2 slice of homemade pecan pie. Thinking of another cup of coffee, probably with almond milk and skinny syrup
    Dinner: Chili topped with cheese and jalapeno corn bread

    Breakfast- Special K with raspberries, 1% milk
    Snack- Dove dark chocolate, Oikos Triple Zero Mango greek yogurt
    Lunch- Lighter hamburger stroganoff, white rice, small salad
    Dinner- Corned beef, cooked cabbage, carrot, potato and garlic bread

    Breakfast - avocado toast with bagel seasoning, whole orange, coffee

    Lunch - lentils with a dollop of sour cream, chunks of fresh pineapple, and Maria cookies w/ ginger tea

    Dinner - lemon ricotta pancakes w/ a little powdered sugar, with thin sliced ham & asparagus cuts (on the side)

    cup of emperor puh ehr tea

    Lunch:
    cup of garlic tea

    Dinner:
    bowl of clam chowder, braised beef & mushrooms stew, raisin bread w/butter--100% cherry juice to drink

    After dinner dessert and/or late night snack(s):
    large honeycrisp apple, big handful of lightly salted almonds, green tea ice cream, maybe a whole grapefruit

    Single serve cheerios cereal cup, 1/2 of a banana , coffee,Litter of water and some milk
    Lunch
    Very large sweet potato with butter and cinnamon sugar. Diet coke and a litter of water
    Dinner
    Thinking about a cherry vanilla protein shake and popcorn later for a snack.

    Lunch: Leftover chili and jalapeno cornbread, a can of Dr. Pepper
    Snack: Jalapeno cheese stick
    Dinner: 3 homemade tuna cakes with roasted broccoli, potentially half of a roasted sweet potato
    Dessert: Probably 1 fudge poptart, maybe 1/2 portion of ice cream instead

    Lunch- homemade pita bread w/ hummus.

    Snack- chocolate babka, coffee w/ cream

    Dinner- shakshouka w/ homemade pita bread

    Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter & strawberry jam, coffee

    Lunch: ham & Havarti on pretzel roll, smoothie made of bananas, strawberries & almond milk with hemp protein.

    Dinner: tofu stir fry with zucchini, onions, carrots, mushrooms over brown rice. Most likely,1/2 container of reduced fat ice cream (mocha cold brew flavor).

    Breakfast: cinnamon bagel + plain cream cheese, hard-boiled egg. Water with lime.
    Lunch: Work is buying us pizza, or I may take leftovers.

    Single serve cheerios cup, 1/2 banana, some skim milk to cover cereal and 2 coffee.
    Lunch
    Salad with a slice of self rising mushroom spinach pizza.
    Dinner
    Cherry vanilla protein shake
    My mom was transferred to a rehabilitation therapy center for 2 weeks to try to build her strength up. I'm in Illinois so just about everything is closed or restricted due to coronavirus. Just found out even if they can keep her infection free they may not be able to do her surgery because of the hospital restrictions from virus outbreak. Weather was raining so to keep my mind off my mom i srubbed my house from top to bottom. I sincerely hope all of you and your families remain safe and healthy.😊

    Strawberry greek yogurt, strawberries and granola on top. Coffee. I'm sure I'll have an extra cup since our puppy had us up early today.

    More veggie salad with balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing and left over pizza from yesterday

    Planning a long walk today with my husband. Weather is suppose to be better and we have a very nice trail not far from our house.

    Breakfast: Oat milk with vanilla protein powder

    Lunch: Cashew and sun-dried tomato "pate" with chopped celery, peanut butter hemp seed protein cookie

    Dinner: Black beans with habanero oil and roasted onions

    Just about out of everything fresh, I'll be venturing out to the grocery store tomorrow to see what they've got.

    Pomegranate Popsicle, green and black olives

    Breakfast:
    1 cup of milk oolong tea

    Lunch:
    1 cup of emperor puh erh tea

    Dinner:
    loaded double cheeseburger, onion rings, garlic broccolini, spite to drink

    After dinner dessert and/or late night snack(s):
    slice of plain cheesecake w/fresh blueberries & strawberries, cup of coffee w/cream, whole grapefruit, handful of almonds, handful of walnuts

    Lunch: Last of the leftover chili with a little cheddar on top
    Snack: Lemon and ginger tea, 2 samoas
    Dinner: Balsamic chicken and mushrooms with spinach and chickpea rice pilaf

    Still have around 300 calories left so might have something else after dinner.

    Lunch - vegetarian Loco Moco (brown rice, gravy, Morningstar Prime Griller & egg) celery sticks & A LOT of fresh pineapple

    Dinner - 2 large slices meat & mushroom pizza w/ garlic parmesan sauce.

    Today
    Breakfast - toaster waffle w/ sugar-free syrup, fried egg w/ panola, 1/2 navel orange & coffee

    Lunch - TVP taco salad w/ peppers & onions, salsa & sour cream as dressing

    Snack - iced coffee w/ almond milk & cinnamon

    Dinner - 2 large slices of meat & mushroom pizza w/ garlic parmesan sauce, side salad (dry) & 1/3 pint of reduced fat mocha cold brew ice cream.

    Did a 5 mile hike with my husband so I'll have a few extra calories if I want something sweet tonight
