Do you know what....I saw this thread and I commented that if I did this I would end up killing myself! Well this week I have burned nearly 3000 calories! So I can do this! Thank you for making me realise this is attainable.0

Finally got myself a decent HRM tonight! Can't wait to try it out in the morning and see if what MFP calculates is anywhere close to the HRM reading. As of tonight I only need 658 more exercise calories! Woohoo!0

Its pretty tough but made it ....5,097 calories and lost 2.4 lb
Should hit the goal weight in 4 weeks if I can keep it up !

Not too shabby. I wish I had the cash to buy a heart monitor--the running on MFP is never quite right for my pace and doesn't take into account that half my run is uphill the whole way.
I will start with you all on Monday, but for my half week, I think I was on target!
Lost 2 lbs! (but to be fair my TOM ended, which always brings me down. I don't expect that kind of loss every week.)

09/04: Total calories burned 3516 from 724 minutes of exercise. weight= no real difference as i lost what i gained the week before.
