    NOTES - the highest I’ve been in awhile. Time to take some drastic measures. Today will be a fasting day for me and I hope I can manage to get my weight back to 189 for tomorrow morning. After that I’m going to have to make some serious changes. I need to get a hold of myself and bring myself back to where I was only a year ago. I have. A surgery in September and I need to get myself back to the 170’s by then.

    NOTES - didn’t complete the full day fast yesterday. Went all the way til dinner then are with the family. I did my 5k run in the morning then a 30 min walk after dinner with my husband. Drank lots of water tea and coffee the rest do the day. Gonna do the same thing today.

    I am eating too well. I'm enjoying it; that's for sure. I am buying lots of produce and other perishable foods on my once-a-week trip out in public. I shop on days that I go to the office for a few hours. I hate wasting food, so I make tasty meals. Then some days I eat too much. You don't have to guess the result; just look at my posts from this month. The number that represents my mass is increasing. I am back to being 5% over goal weight, and my trending weight is about to bounce out of my maintenance range.

    I like to weigh in on the 1st and the very last day of each month, but otherwise follow the leader.

    Original starting weight - 253
    March Ending Weight – 203.5
    April goal – 198.5
    Ultimate goal – 145-155 (We’ll see when I get there)

    1st – 203.2 Off to a good start. Good Luck Everyone!
    7th- 203.6 An overnight gain of 0.8 wiped away any loss I would have shown today. Gulping the water and trying to stay to plan today.
    14th – 203.5 Easter is over and its time to get serious!
    21st - 204.7 Ouch!
    28th – 203.1 Traveled today. Now, to eliminate the bloat!
    30th - 207.9 There’s that travel weight! Keeping it honest!

    Total loss for April – 4.4 pound GAIN (I’VE GOT TO DO BETTER IN MAY!!!!!

    Final Challenge thoughts: Okay, so my birthday is May 10th. I want to give myself a present of AT LEAST a two pound loss by that day, and an overall loss for the month of May. Come on Donna! You can do this!
