NOTES - the highest Iβve been in awhile. Time to take some drastic measures. Today will be a fasting day for me and I hope I can manage to get my weight back to 189 for tomorrow morning. After that Iβm going to have to make some serious changes. I need to get a hold of myself and bring myself back to where I was only a year ago. I have. A surgery in September and I need to get myself back to the 170βs by then.

Thursday April 16 - 154.9 - That is more like it. Quite honestly, I awoke very early to a pound more than that, so went back to bed again and then got this number.

running streak: 17/17 in which I have ran 34 miles, 2,335 ft in elevation, for 9.5 hours. I'm proud of me!
I had been basically maintaining for the past 2-3 months so last friday I downloaded the zero app to see how IF would work for me. I don't do anything extreme just 16:8. I really just wanted to cut off my late night snacking. i feel like that and my increase in activity really helped. who knows if it will continue. I have hashimoto's so losing weight is a major fight for each and every ounce. I'm really happy with my progress this past week and hope it continues.

I am eating too well. I'm enjoying it; that's for sure. I am buying lots of produce and other perishable foods on my once-a-week trip out in public. I shop on days that I go to the office for a few hours. I hate wasting food, so I make tasty meals. Then some days I eat too much. You don't have to guess the result; just look at my posts from this month. The number that represents my mass is increasing. I am back to being 5% over goal weight, and my trending weight is about to bounce out of my maintenance range.
