It’s Bon Appetite’s chickpeas with lemony (Greek) yogurt: chickpeas, sweet potatoes, fennel in the printed recipe, but they swap out the potatoes for cauliflower in their online version. It was very easy and absolutely delicious

Organic from a local farm chicken breasts ready for the smoker. Couple weeks of sandwich and salad meat will be done soon. Different rubs on all.

so I guess you'll be freezing some of these after smoking, and defrosting as necessary?

@just_Tomek what temp do you smoke at and for how long? I've got similar size portions i've just defrosted and tempted to wrestle smoker out of shed and put to good use.
