I do Tone It Up Yoga routines - I don't use YouTube much for working out. I *WANT* to try the videos by "MadFit" cause I heard they were good. I also like Betty Rocker. Is she on YouTube? I get her emails with workouts. :)

    Here's another thread: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10795970/work-out-dvds#latest

Found a whole page! I added some to my yoga list! Thanks! :)https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Tone+It+Up+Yoga+routine

    Love that workout OP!

Early this morning I did a 45 min. intermediate step aerobics and weights interval workout. That was a great, sweaty session!

At lunch I did a Jenny Ford basic step workout that went for about 33 mins. I also did a 13 min. Susana Yabar mat sculpting workout for the lower body.

    Feeling great! B)

I like step workouts - I get higher beats per minute heart rate than walking workouts. But I have a painful knee right now so back to walking for a while!

I added a bunch of Susan ones too! Thanks!

Sydney cummings! ab routine 30 mins but with the warm up, cool down, and breaks it was more like only 20 mins of actual abs

So sorry to hear about your knee. I hope you heal quickly!

Step aerobics is amazing. I used to do a lot in the 90's. I fell back in love with in during the quarantine. I've had a step bench and risers for many years. Not sure why I let it collect dust. The calorie burn is amazing and it's so much fun. It uses a lot of brain power too and I love that.

I did this Jenny Ford workout earlier:

I hope you enjoy Susana's workouts as much as I do!

Just planning out my meals and workouts for tomorrow. I'm going to this one from AngieFitnessTV:

I usually do a Sydney Cummings since I was participating in her May 30 day challenge. But...there wasn't a video uploaded for today and I got focusT25 gamma yesterday...so I did speed 2.0 followed by another DVD aerobics workout(Amy Bento) from the library. I'll lost tomorrow's link.

I agree with you about step aerobics! I'm going to try a Susan one tomorrow. :) As for the Angie girl - I did one of hers before and something about her bugged me, I didn't like her. Silly I know lol But she also reminds me of actress Juliette Lewis! 1h8ybbu0rnp9.png

    Great job ladies!

I did the above workout I posted above this morning and this evening I'm doing the following:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuM26K0Qeis
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2noIe9ghVbE

@Deedoyle9721 - I see what you mean by Juliette Lewis! Sometimes I have to put my own music on, but I find her workouts solid and diverse and she puts out so many workouts. I appreciate that!

@DancingMoosie - Yes! I love Karla and I'm in her live workouts a lot on Tuesdays and Saturdays! I did her Step and Pump yesterday! Didn't realize I didn't post the video. That's a great one! She has a step challenge coming up at the end of the month. Do you follow any other step channels? I really like her: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2kyWVrERiiAWs_VHvzAQFw

I follow Jenny Ford (and her freedom fit), CDdorner fitness, and Angie Belle. Yvette Bachman has a great channel. She uses a step a lot, but I wouldn't categorize her workouts as step really. She doesn't do much choreography. So it's good if you're not good at picking up the routine and just want the workout.
