I enjoy Amy dumbbell workouts! (I don't have kettlebells) I use my Fitbit and add the workout and then the calories burned according to my Fitbit. Hope that helps!1 -

My library has ILLs(inter library loans). So I can look through the whole database of participating libraries to find books, music, DVDs, etc. that my county library doesn't have. I've gotten Beachbody, Amy Bento Ross, Cathe Friedrich, Seasun Zieger, Billy Blanks and more. You should ask if your library offers this service. I just request what I want online, it ships to my library, and I pick it up. The loan time varies by loaning library.1 -

I also like her dumbbell workouts 😊 I have only been doing kettlebells since December, they were a Christmas gift and I love them!

Sydney Cummings 40min low impact HIIT! Granted, I burned maybe 120cals and she burns 500 bc she is larger than me 😂😂 still a fun workout.1

My AM workout included a 1 mile Leslie Sansone workout as my warm up, a GymRa upper body workout and a Susana Yabar core workout.
This afternoon I did Day 2 of Karla's (Fit Outside the Box) Step Aerobics challenge and a Susana Yabar stretching session.4 -
11 minutes. Just 11 minutes. Bodyfit by Amy TRX Ab workout. Did I say only 11 minutes?!😀 I don’t think I got through one set and I thought my core was kinda strong. It’s a keeper. Something to work toward! Great suggestions! Thanks, All and OP.3

She has the best stretches! I have back problems and was doing yoga/physical therapy exercises and found hers cover the majority of mine plus there's some creative stuff in there too. If you have a foam roller that's good too, I do her routine now but blast music instead of watching it as I do stuff for longer amounts of time. Her weights are good but I couldn't get my hands on heavier dumbbells so I need to add more reps for now. HASFit tends to exhaust the muscles so I mostly do theirs and try to hold two weights in each hand which is an accident waiting to happen.1 -

I love her too! But I like variety so I try to do lots of different workouts every week!
But she is at the top of my list of favorites!
Here she is with her pretty hair down - that you never see on her workouts! lol
