If y'all haven't noticed, I'm following Sydney's summer time fine 2.0. So whatever she posts each day is what I'm doing. I used to stare at my DVDs collection or browse YouTube and take so much time trying to find and pick something. This helps a lot. It's there every day, planned out by Sydney, and I just do it.
And Karla is fun live, so I try to do hers on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.1 -

I actually never feel guilty to living my life. Haha. I don't watch what I eat ever. I'm very active so it all events itself out and I grew up eating healthy homemade food so it is actually what I love haha. Although these days I wouldn't mind a restaurant.1 -

Today was Sydney's upper body workout from the other day. It seems I need to give my one knee a break since it has now given out on me 3 times.1

I did Yvette's latest 1hr cardio kickboxing step video, followed by a 30 min CDorner step routine, and a 30 min Jenny Ford march in Arizona. I did Sydney's day 14 stretch this afternoon.1

I’m too type A, so I think it’s the language - “hands to heart center”... “hands to your third eye” ...”pull your core to the earth”.

Sydney does a stretch every Sunday, and they are categorized on her channel. Some are slightly more yoga-ish than most, but she is not a yoga instructor and doesn't really explain the moves in that way. Hope this link is correct...

Tried my first LISS workout and I loved it! I was still able to work up a sweat but it wasnt hard on my joints like HIIT is. Workout is by Tone and Tighten. Not sure how to share just the web address (it puts the pic on there everytime I put a link in) so you can get to the video.
