Raneir Pollard again. I repeated one i did earlier in the week and it was easier so that's exciting

I did Sydney's day 7 stretch and then one of her 10min abs that YouTube played when the stretch was over.1

40 minutes of power Pilates and cardio, one of Sydney's older videos
10 minutes core Pilates by fitness blender
Then 10 minutes of my own stretching to loosen up my darn hip flexors.1 -

had a rest day yesterday (went for a walk), my upper body is still kinda sore from the workout 2 days ago so stuck to mostly lower body focused stuff today - was a bit restless so threw in that pilates thing later in the day1 -

I've done this one a couple of times before, I find it reasonably fun/decent difficulty (for me personally), I do like most of the stuff they have with this trainer (also done her other 40-60min long stuff)

I did Janette Jenkins too, both the 30 min and the 45 min workout. 👍 They both bring a sweat.

I did Sydney's day 9 cardio and abs
Followed by Karla live at 7:30(she posted it privately on the community page) and then went for a 4 mile park run. My knees and ankles felt a little creaky at the end, so I'll take a break this afternoon and ice everything while I veg on the couch with iced coffee.1 -

Yeah, there's no 30 min one, I realized that yesterday when I was searching for it 😁.
I was going to do something lighter, like Dupre's Lazy Girl for the behind 😃, but you ladies got me in the mood for Jenkins. So I did this, which left me all sweaty though it felt like something to begin with ( @AliNouveau, you might want to begin with this one):1 -
