    I've done that Cathe workout! Today was Sydney's Day 12 40 min upper body and then I did some more of Yvette Bachman's kickboxing.

    I have not tried any of Sidneys new workouts with her new background... I will this week! :)

    Sydney's Day 13 yoga strength

    Followed by Karla's live step and kickbox.
    If y'all haven't noticed, I'm following Sydney's summer time fine 2.0. So whatever she posts each day is what I'm doing. I used to stare at my DVDs collection or browse YouTube and take so much time trying to find and pick something. This helps a lot. It's there every day, planned out by Sydney, and I just do it.
    And Karla is fun live, so I try to do hers on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

    I actually never feel guilty to living my life. Haha. I don't watch what I eat ever. I'm very active so it all events itself out and I grew up eating healthy homemade food so it is actually what I love haha. Although these days I wouldn't mind a restaurant.

    Today was Sydney's upper body workout from the other day. It seems I need to give my one knee a break since it has now given out on me 3 times.

    I did Yvette's latest 1hr cardio kickboxing step video, followed by a 30 min CDorner step routine, and a 30 min Jenny Ford march in Arizona. I did Sydney's day 14 stretch this afternoon.

    I liked this one with the much heavier weights, I can't use as heavy as she does but I used my 15's and my hubbys 20's :)

    And this quick one was a burner for me right where I need it, my upper outer back thigh area!

    Me too! But it's said to be the "Fountain of Youth" lol so I make myself do yoga/stretch once a week! :)

    I’m too type A, so I think it’s the language - “hands to heart center”... “hands to your third eye” ...”pull your core to the earth”.

    I feel good when it’s over and that the main thing!
