    Yeah, there's no 30 min one, I realized that yesterday when I was searching for it 😁.

    I was going to do something lighter, like Dupre's Lazy Girl for the behind 😃, but you ladies got me in the mood for Jenkins. So I did this, which left me all sweaty though it felt like something to begin with ( @AliNouveau, you might want to begin with this one):

    Hey thanks. I'm avoiding all kick boxing type workouts since the last one aggravated my back issue. I think it's the twisting who knows.

    Raneir Pollard has some really good ones on his personal YouTube page. I might try one of those today

    I like you, ladies.⚘ Looks like we have similar interests, been looking for someone to push me in the direction I can go (I cant "afford" long workouts or the gym, for time reasons; not working out is also not an option 😁)

    I liked this one - very easy to follow - good traditional leg exercises with weights!


    Since my back problems last week I was surprised how some of these ab exercises pulled (in a bad way) on that same lower back area - had to modify some and do a totally different exercise all together on some :( I hate back issues!

    Sydney has a bunch of 30 min workouts on her channel. Also, Jenny Ford's Freedom Fit workouts are all around 30 min.

    For Raneir workouts this was a good quick ab workout but he has many that are 50 to 60 minutes. I like him a lot. He seems like he's a good guy and I actually laugh at what he says sometimes. https://youtu.be/jG7h9PFqGDg

    For me, this was NOT Basic - very hard for uncoordinated me to follow, I ended up doing my own thing


    and then decided to switch to the middle 15 min of a walking workout -

    I was laughing at one of his comments one day and then had to explain to my son, while working out, what I was laughing at

    I did that fun basic step the other day, too. I agree, not basic level. If you want basic, freedom fit is good.

    I got some bands yesterday, my birthday gift to myself. I did a fitness with PJ 20 minute cardio workout and now will do a less cardio intense workout to try these bands some more. Fun

    I've done that Cathe workout! Today was Sydney's Day 12 40 min upper body and then I did some more of Yvette Bachman's kickboxing.

    I too did a Sydney upper body/core workout today. I had to get it in after an afternoon of drinks on the deck with a friend who painted my house and pizza for dinner. Abs after pizza and Prosecco is hard
