I thought it would be fun to post our daily youtube workouts!
I love variety and youtube has 100's of them but I'm always looking for new and/or different ones!

I do Tone It Up Yoga routines - I don't use YouTube much for working out. I *WANT* to try the videos by "MadFit" cause I heard they were good. I also like Betty Rocker. Is she on YouTube? I get her emails with workouts.

Some MadFit dance routines on YouTube. Really fun!10

Love that workout OP!
Early this morning I did a 45 min. intermediate step aerobics and weights interval workout. That was a great, sweaty session!
At lunch I did a Jenny Ford basic step workout that went for about 33 mins. I also did a 13 min. Susana Yabar mat sculpting workout for the lower body.
Feeling great!9 -

I like step workouts - I get higher beats per minute heart rate than walking workouts. But I have a painful knee right now so back to walking for a while!

I added a bunch of Susan ones too! Thanks!

Sydney cummings! ab routine 30 mins but with the warm up, cool down, and breaks it was more like only 20 mins of actual abs4

So sorry to hear about your knee. I hope you heal quickly!
Step aerobics is amazing. I used to do a lot in the 90's. I fell back in love with in during the quarantine. I've had a step bench and risers for many years. Not sure why I let it collect dust. The calorie burn is amazing and it's so much fun. It uses a lot of brain power too and I love that.
I did this Jenny Ford workout earlier:

I hope you enjoy Susana's workouts as much as I do!
Just planning out my meals and workouts for tomorrow. I'm going to this one from AngieFitnessTV:

I usually do a Sydney Cummings since I was participating in her May 30 day challenge. But...there wasn't a video uploaded for today and I got focusT25 gamma yesterday...so I did speed 2.0 followed by another DVD aerobics workout(Amy Bento) from the library. I'll lost tomorrow's link.2

I love Sydney! Great job!2 -
Not my normal yoga/pilates workout but trying to help my knee. I'm 56, and all of me feels like I'm 36 except my knee & foot at this time and my joints are not what they used to be But today I did: https://www.youtube.com/embed/UGftcCbuyc4?list=PLUBmQpDoY9WOXEU4AwIHCtmpt5xi7Hymx

I agree with you about step aerobics! I'm going to try a Susan one tomorrow. As for the Angie girl - I did one of hers before and something about her bugged me, I didn't like her. Silly I know lol But she also reminds me of actress Juliette Lewis!0 -
Body Attack! https://youtu.be/8HOSqx02Aao
If you want some good step, try out this channel:

She usually goes live on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.1 -

Looks good & fun! (But not till my knee gets better.) Thank you for sharing!!1 -
Great job ladies!
I did the above workout I posted above this morning and this evening I'm doing the following:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuM26K0Qeis
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2noIe9ghVbE
@Deedoyle9721 - I see what you mean by Juliette Lewis! Sometimes I have to put my own music on, but I find her workouts solid and diverse and she puts out so many workouts. I appreciate that!
@DancingMoosie - Yes! I love Karla and I'm in her live workouts a lot on Tuesdays and Saturdays! I did her Step and Pump yesterday! Didn't realize I didn't post the video. That's a great one! She has a step challenge coming up at the end of the month. Do you follow any other step channels? I really like her: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2kyWVrERiiAWs_VHvzAQFw6 -

I follow Jenny Ford (and her freedom fit), CDdorner fitness, and Angie Belle. Yvette Bachman has a great channel. She uses a step a lot, but I wouldn't categorize her workouts as step really. She doesn't do much choreography. So it's good if you're not good at picking up the routine and just want the workout.3 -
Yoga with Adrienne13

I also did this one:

Today I did one of Rainbow198's Susana Yábar's workouts! She does her workout in a beautiful location!
Reminds my of BoHo Beautiful, she travels all over the world to beautiful locations to do her wo videos! Here is her page: https://www.youtube.com/user/cexercize
My 1st wo:
https://youtu.be/qpCuu4R1tWM
2nd: I liked it! We (my hubby works out too at the same time but he does his own weight workout) play the radio while working out so she was easy to follow with the tv volume very low.

Thank you all for posting!!! I love trying new workouts and it seems that youtube mainly suggests ones you've done or similar to the ones you've done. This opens up all new workouts!!!1

I don't do workouts on the weekend, I'll be back on Monday though!

I am headed over to YouTube in a bit to do a live session with Jenny Ford:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0JasJvC-xY5 -
So I first did my T25 gamma pyramid workout. Then Karla's@FitOutsideTheBox step/kickbox routine live, but apparently it hasn't uploaded to share the link. Last, I did Jenny Ford live step as linked above^^1

I did something crazy this morning guys. 2 live step classes back to back! Well there was an half hour break in between. I had so much fun and feel amazing!
https://youtu.be/t2HPJOnilLQ?t=104
and
https://youtu.be/T0JasJvC-xY?t=172
I see some of us did the same live workouts today. That's very cool!
@Deedoyle9721 I'm glad you enjoyed your workouts the other day and enjoy your rest!7 -
Yeah, for those who mentioned Sydney Cummings. Had never heard of her, figured I do “simple” arms workout. Ummm. Nope. Nope. Nope. She killed me - in a good way. Thanks - I think. 😀5
-
I did Sydney's Sunday 20min stretch AFTER I did all my cardio this morning.😁
I got the T25 GAMMA set from the library, so I did that instead of Sydney's May Challenge last week. But, I want to go back to Sydney this week. I'm thinking of alternating weeks until I have to return the DVDs.1 -
I did a couple of body fit by amy kettlebell workouts.
On that note, does anyone know of a good calories burned calculator for kettlebell workouts? I did not find kettlebell workouts when I was trying to log my exercise.1
