Busier day today. We brought my mom home from rehabilitation yesterday, So my husband and I will begin caretaking her again. We also plan on walking our 8 mile path. Have a great day everyone 😊3 -

Upped my calories yesterday because I was unintentionally losing weight so still have around 300 calories after working out. No idea what to fill that with.3 -
