BBQ shredded chicken..hot..over large plate of greens, jalapeño cornbread with butter and large diet coke

A smoothie of some sort
Planning to hit another trail after a few errands for my mom and a vet trip on top of cone prison. he has an ear infection🐶 the little guy can't get out of the cone until friday..hoping everything is great for everyone..Happy menus😊2 -
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, avocado toast, sliced tomato
Lunch: Not sure yet. May pick something up because I am going to the Asian and Indian markets which don't open until noon.
Dinner: Leftover peanut chicken and veggies, mini naan4 -

Snack: Coffee with milk. Nature Valley Coconut Butter cookie (because gluten is our friend again. Well, mine anyway)
Lunch: Two tofu and chard spring rolls
Snack: A square of dark chocolate with ginseng tea
Dinner: Shirataki noodles covered with tomato sauce, meatballs and lactose-free mozzarella1 -

Breakfast: Coffee with milk. Adas (a Middle Eastern-ish lentil stew) topped with gribenes (considered Jewish cuisine) because I'm starting peace in the Middle East in my tummy
Snack: Coffee with milk and the last square of dark chocolate. God help me.
Lunch: Two curry chicken drumsticks with chickpeas
Snack: Vega protein shake (1.5 scoops)...now with Nestle chocolate powder
Dinner: I'm debating between buttered popcorn or a small, cheesy egg white omelette. Popcorn will always win but allowing myself to struggle over the choice gave me time to eat 4 watermelon candies3 -

Lunch: Thai-style seitan with half an avocado
Snack: The last of the CoolWay chocolate chip cookie dough
Dinner: Undecided. A sickening amount of chicken wings? French toast with a hunk of cheese and some wine? General tao chicken and some shirataki noodles? Fate will decide. Well, my macros will, actually. But fate's more fun.2 -

Looking forward to smoothie we walked 9 mile trail this morning after we helped my mom then worked all afternoon getting our deck set up for the season..pretty hot here today so cold shakey dinner thingy will be tasty. Happy weekend my fellow eaters😊1 -

Potentially also a strawberry protein shake if I have enough space for it after a cupcake.2 -

New to this thread, I love reading what you're all cooking and eating! 👋 I usually eat two big meals a day, it works for me. Today:
Tea with a scoop of collagen peptides and a splash of oat milk.
Chopped salad of cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, castelvetrano olives, and cubed fresh mozzarella tossed with fresh basil, oregano, and mint, and red wine vinaigrette. Toasted sourdough on the side.
Iced coffee: TJs cold brew with oat milk.
Soondubu jigae (soft tofu stew) with shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and steamed rice.
Some banana-chocolate nice cream 😋
Later planning a campari soda and some lightly salted pistachios.

Dinner: Homemade enchilada(s) cooked by my brother! He wants to go to culinary school and this will be my first time trying something he's cooked so I'm really excited!
Snack: Likely leftover thai curry + protein bar, but will depend on whether I have one enchilada or two.2 -
