    @sassbag - Iโ€™m so sorry for the loss of your mom. I remember a few months back youโ€™d mentioned she was ill and how stressful it had been. Take your time to grieve and allow the extra sweets for now. Iโ€™m sure youโ€™ll be back on track in no time! ๐Ÿ’•

    @sassbag I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. No matter how expected it is, it always feels a little bit unexpected and the feelings are always mixed, strong and difficult. Prayers to your whole family and all of your loved one's who were close with her.

    June Goal Weight: 192
    Ultimate Goal Weight: Healthy.
    I am doing a lot of weight lifting so I know Iโ€™ll be gaining muscle mass. I donโ€™t want that number on the scale to deter me from how I feel/look. NSV (non scale victories) are just as important.
