 Snack: I am trying not to snack because I find I am eating just to eat and not because of actual hunger2

 Toasted sourdough topped with hummus, sliced tomato, sprinkle of salt. Baby bell peppers and snap peas on the side.

 Later, kombucha or more tea, and either some banana bread or a cookie.1

 1 sugar free Russell stover chocolate turtle.
 Dinner
 Chocolate banana peanut butter smoothie (husband requested) with heavy dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate.
 7.5 mile trail this morning and we are sinking pavers to make a walkway this afternoon. Lucky husband is very handy..Happy Tuesday 🌞 Our puppy said he's having water and Natural Balance beef dog food today🐶😉2

 Snack- 2 oz of smoked salmon, dill pickle slices

 Dinner: Cod in garlic sauce with roasted potatoes and asparagus
 Snack: Likely cottage cheese and carrots. Probably something else too somewhere cause I have like 4-500 calories left and need to hit protein goal.2

 Snack: Fruit, fig newtons, nuts, popcorn are all options. Depends how I feel after dinner though I will have about 400 calories available. If I am hungry I will have something.2

            Flour tortilla stuffed, really stuffed, with tuna salad (tuna, capers, fresh herbs, tbs mayo), romaine, and sliced tomato.
 Iced coffee: cold brew with oat milk.
 Donated blood so some extra snacks after: two boiled eggs, handful of baby carrots (I packed these) plus thin pretzels and a juice they gave me at the donor center.
 Spaghetti with fennel, kale, tomatoes, and lemon topped with parm.
 Evening snack tbd, I’ll go a little over on cals today but it will balance out across the week.1

 Walked 7.5 miles today and still tackling our yard..Happy Wednesday 🌞..
 I use chocolate protein powder, 2 cups ice, 2 cups frozen banana, 1 to 2 cups cold water, 3 tablespoons pb2..mix in blender til smooth and thick..I adjust it to my taste and husband and I share..2

 Dinner: Homemade chicken nachos with all the fixings! My sister is learning to cook and she really went all out tonight trying to learn new things! Everything, including the tortilla chips and refried beans, were done homemade.3

 Real breakfast of half a sesame bagel, cream cheese, lox, capers and sliced tomato. Big side salad of lettuce, baby bell peppers, cucumber and snow peas dressed with salt and olive oil. Cup of tea with oat milk.
 Iced coffee: cold brew with oat milk.
 Lunch: vegetable biryani with a boiled egg.
 Two apricots.
 Later, some kombucha, salted pistachios, and a piece of dark chocolate licorice.

 Lunch: chopped salad of lettuce, baby bell peppers, snow peas, and cucumber, dressed with salt and olive oil. 2tbs hummus and a couple of pretzels on the side.
 Snack: two apricots; 30 semisweet dark chocolate chips.

 Personal size boboli pizza using bbq sauce, shredded bbq rotisserie chicken and red onion. Side salad with light ranch salad dressing and my large diet coke.

 Smoothie with dollop of cool whip and drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup

 Never walked a path we got busy with more errands and trying to finish outside since they are calling for a long stretch of rain..Happy Friday everyone 😊❤2

 Chocolate protein smoothie with a dollop of cool whip and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate..found Keebler teeny tiny chips deluxe cookies dessert topping thingys so I thought I'd get a little crazy and throw some of those on top.
