    07/06: 212.4 / Off to a rip-roaring start here after the holiday weekend. This will be a tough ten days for me with my birthday plopped right in the middle of it. I will be happy if I can just get my ten day average down .01 #.
    07/07: 212.2 / Nutritionally a good day yesterday except for the high salt content.
    07/08: 213 / I little birthday Pizza and Pie with Son & his family last night. This is going to be a tough round for me!
    07/09: 211.4 / We travel to DW’s sister and her husband’s place later today for a long weekend. I may not enter any weights until Monday due to complications of inconsistent schedule and uncalibrated scale. I am going to try to walk a lot and drink a lot of water. That may offset the way our hosts will surely spoil us with food. I think a German Chocolate birthday cake is being prepared. 😊

    Goals this round:
    1. Get to 123 lbs
    2. Drink water
    3. 10K steps
    4. Limit/No drinking
    5. Control my portions

    07/06 - 125 lbs :: 8 cups of water;12K+ steps; drank 3 units :: blew calorie goal due to combination of drinking + bad snacking choice :: -647 cals
    07/07 - 125.4 lbs :: 8 cups of H2O; 12K+ steps; no alcohol; blew calorie goal again - midnight snacking tanked me. :: -675 cals :s I am eating up all the cals I burnt and more. Need to find and address patterns
    ** I dont like breakfast, I end up cramming it because family. Dinner time is too light/early and I get hungry later and go crazy. No need to eat when you do not feel hungry @ breakfast. Eat predetermined meals and heavier in evening to keep myself sated when hunger hits. Dont let others decide what/when you should eat. Breakfast like king, lunch like prince, dinner like pauper does not work for me.**
    07/08 - 124.5 lbs :: 6 cups of H2O; 12K+steps; no alcohol; within close cal limits :: -40 cals
    07/09 - 123.6 lbs :: ~6 cups of H2O; 5K+ steps; 3-4 units of alocohol; higher than calorie limits :: -526 cals - pretty sure this will come back to bite me, loss probably only because of water loss
