I’m on week 6 of Piyo. I’m feeling amazing and can see changes. I’m also hiking, walking on the treadmill (a little to motivate my son) and doing things like push mowing the yard. My daughter is starting Barre Blend today. She tried Slim in 6, but she didn’t like the monotony and her knee started acting up.3

Started P90X3, great fun! Mon Total Synergistics and a 4 mile run, Tuesday Agility X and later on the gymnastics rings will come out to play 😀1

P90X3 Yoga done.
Intense but obviously very different to the T25 intensity I'm used to, what are peoples thoughts on calorie intake doing P90X3, I'm trying to maintain and recomp.1 -

They added resistance bands to the cardio and core parts! Loved the extra burn!! 🥵0 -

Hi all, I've just completed the original Insanity program. 16lbs gone and 3inches, it was lots more than I expected! My plan now is to do one week of the 45 min workout, then one week of the 60 min workout, then a week of something I enjoy!
How did everyone else find it?2 -

Well done! How are you liking it?
Loving it, really feeling it as well - T25 was good but I never had DOMs like I do with this. I'm also using the gymnastics rings twice a week, running 2 to 3 times and doing a beginners flexibility workout. So far so good. How are you getting on?2 -
