    Hi all, I've just completed the original Insanity program. 16lbs gone and 3inches, it was lots more than I expected! My plan now is to do one week of the 45 min workout, then one week of the 60 min workout, then a week of something I enjoy!
    How did everyone else find it?

    Well done! How are you liking it?

    Loving it, really feeling it as well - T25 was good but I never had DOMs like I do with this. I'm also using the gymnastics rings twice a week, running 2 to 3 times and doing a beginners flexibility workout. So far so good. How are you getting on?

    Wanted some extra cardio last night so I stepped outside of my comfort zone and did Cize Crazy 8s. It was fun, but I don’t see this being a program I will go through.
    As you know I only have been doing 80 day obsession. The diet has been followed for the most part but I was thinking about taking this lead about doing an additional workout in the evening. I like Autumn so I want to do hers in the AM and something more cardio based in the evening as hers is mostly weights. I'm just not sure which yet.
    I've done insanity, p90x and not much else. I watched barre blend before deciding on 80 day and found it wasn;t for me because of the little or lack of weights. As a secondary, do you find it too overwhelming on certain days?

    The short answer is yes. I made sure my calendar only has scheduled what I know I can handle. I’ll post a picture of my current calendar.

    If you haven’t done the sample workout, I would recommend trying Barre Blend. Even though it’s using 1-3 lb weights, it's hard!
