Was hoping to get out this morning and do a big burn - no boot camp today and I'm just in a funk right now, so I took a little walk. I want to snap out of this horrible mood and get some burn in this afternoon or later tonight.0 -

Sorry haven't been at the computer til just now. My Achilles tendon is still causing a good amount of pain. I've been resting it as much as possible, which is hard to do because I've been on the go all weekend. But I'm hoping getting a new pair of sneakers will help it a little more. Didn't get much exercise in, so I'll have to step it up the rest of the week
